Some small thoughts on ecological issues in "Jaws"

The comment about the movie itself is written in the short comment, but the short comment actually has a word limit, so I want to talk about other issues that come to mind, such as the ecological environment.

I watched a documentary before and said that great white sharks actually have no hobby of cannibalism. Being able to eat people so frequently means that there may indeed be no food in the sea? ? This is unscientific. It is obvious that so many fish can be brought up? And it is really good that a wild animal is exploded like this. . Fish in the sea? Basically, people don’t reflect on their own behavior if they don’t have it... Kill a great white shark and there will be a second and third one (perhaps because of this, the second part, part three, etc.) Right) But to fundamentally solve the shark problem on that island should be considered from the ecological environment!

I still remember the popular science documentary saying that great white sharks are not real man-eating sharks. I have forgotten which type of man-eating sharks are, but after the filming of this movie, everyone did have a certain degree of misunderstanding about great white sharks.

The plot is compact, and the rendering of the psychological activities depicting the atmosphere is in place, especially when three people go to sea to kill whales, which is a three-dimensionalization of "The Old Man and the Sea" that was read a few days ago. The indecision of the chife, the arrogance of the captain, and the competence of the researcher have all heralded the end. The only question is is it that hard to kill a whale with modern technology? With a few broken guns. Humans really won't understand the truth that they won't die if they don't do it.

The rhythm of the foreshadowing in the front was too slow, and I almost fell asleep, and then I started to get nervous.

  • Out of Towner: Yeah, well, but what kind? What kind of shark?

Hooper: [With a pencil in his mouth] It's a tiger shark.

[Three Out of Towners turn slowly to face Hooper]

    Out of Towner: A what?
