Please Say Hello to Me……

"I... I promised a friend I would say hello to you today...
Please say hello to me.
Please say hello to me..."

Tears climbed on his glamorous cheeks, against his gray hair- -The flying youthful spirit of Independence Day is long gone.

The whole world is infected by the virus, and only he himself is supported in New York, where the grass is overgrown-for the promise he made to his daughter. In the abandoned world, a person, a dog, a thousand days and nights, slowly grow old-this is Will Smith's one-man show.

When people are lonely to the extreme, they will speak to the air by themselves. He watched TV videos from a few years ago; he could recite Shrek's lines upside down; he put Mannequin as an adult in the supermarket he often went to, and gave every "person" a name; when meeting Say hello to them; pretend that the most pretty person is a long-time favorite but can't find the courage to strike up a conversation with "her"...

Fortunately, he has Samantha. When the daughter left it to him, the little puppy's ears had not been erected. For three years, travel together, eat together, sleep together, and snuggle together in the bathtub to resist the howling of Nightwalkers outside. Gradually, it grew into a beautiful collie. Like all dogs, Sam likes to stick his head out of the window while riding in the car and enjoy the oncoming wind. Together they go hunting in the jungle, golf on Intrepid, and wait on Pier...waiting for someone to show up, waiting for someone to accompany.

"My name is Robert Neville.
I am a survivor living in New York City.
I am broadcasting on all AM frequencies.
I will be at the South Street Seaport everyday at mid-day,
when the sun is highest in the sky.
If you are out there... if anyone is out there...
I can provide food,
I can provide shelter,
I the Provide Security cAN.
the If there's anybody OUT there ... anybody ... Please.
by You are not alone ... "

I can give anything just to have someone ......

but all the answers are Silence, here is the overgrown weeds New York, the abandoned world. Apart from wild animals, they live with Nightwalkers. He is the last stranger in this city.

They can survive. They have water and food-- Even though hunting is so difficult, Sam, who has a pure German Shepherd Dog pedigree, doesn’t like vegetables. "Eat your vegetables. Don't just push'em around, eat'em. I ain't playin'!". When he takes a bath, he will Continue to educate it: You are going to eat two servings of vegetables tomorrow. You promised me, didn’t you?

They also have movies and music-even if those tunes have been memorized backwards; he would sing to him when he bathed Sam like his father. Will stand by his side quietly when he is asleep, and lick away the tears from his face.

Most importantly, they have each other, Sam and Robert. In the forgotten and dangerous world, they uniquely have all the love of each other. He will be alone in danger because of looking for it, and it can sacrifice his life in order to save him. Their lives are linked to each other, and losing either party means losing everything. Then, all this happened. He was in an ambush by Nightwalker, and it rushed to rescue him desperately, and was bitten by Infected Dog and seriously injured.

At the last moment of Sam, he held it in his arms like his daughter and sang the song Don't Worry. When Sam left in his arms, there was hopelessness in his tearful eyes, and he decided to leave the world. When you get used to the life of two people, how do you face this sinister world by yourself? After burying Sam, he followed his promise to it and finally faced his favorite "her", "I promised a friend I would say hello to you today." Tears flowed down his cheeks. Please say hello to me. Please say hello to me...... From now on, I am the only one left in this world, please speak to me.

Fortunately or unfortunately, Anna saved him when Nightwalker pounced on him. After overturning Anna's breakfast angrily, he apologized awkwardly, "It's just... I was saving that bacon..."

There was a blur in front of my eyes, he was talking about Sam! He always remembered that his Sam didn't like to eat vegetables. He saved these Bacons for him, but he couldn't eat it anymore. However, he always remembered, remembering the dog he depended on for his life.

"It's just... I was saving that bacon...", Damn it, my tears couldn't stop streaming, just like that time in the Rocky Mountains.

"I am Legend" is more appropriately called "I am Loneliness". If there is no similar experience, you can treat it as another "Biohazard" or "28 Weeks Later". You might complain that there is no kissing and sex scenes in this movie.

But-

if you have ever walked alone on a strange street in a foreign land, cross the unfamiliar street to the unknown destination. If you have repeatedly turned your eyes to the empty co-pilot, remember every word that the person sitting there and he (she) said a few hours ago. If you toss and turn in bed, imagine the breathing or body temperature of another person. Suppose you go through the phone's address book and find a call available just for someone to talk to you. If you have ever wanted to have someone with you, any person, even if you just say "Hello" to you...

Then, I recommend you to watch this film, which contains the saddest scenes I have ever seen.

The sentence "You are not alone" can only convey the fact that I am alone~

So exciting, this turned out to be a zombie film based on vampires. Will Smith shivered and shouted "I can heal you!" It was human despair. The empty city of New York was really shocking, but after SAM died, the plot It became very unkind and a bit unfinished. The original sound is great.

I Am Legend quotes

  • [first lines]

TV Personality: The world of medicine has seen its share of miracle cures, from the polio vaccine to heart transplants. But all past achievements may pale in comparison to the work of Dr. Alice Krippin. Thank you so much for joining us this morning.

Dr. Alice Krippin: Not at all.

TV Personality: So, Dr. Krippin, give it to me in a nutshell.

Dr. Alice Krippin: Well, the premise is quite simple - um, take something designed by nature and reprogram it to make it work for the body rather than against it.

TV Personality: You're talking about a virus?

Dr. Alice Krippin: Indeed, yes. In this case the measles, um, virus which has been engineered at a genetic level to be helpful rather than harmful. Um, I find the best way to describe it is if you can... if you can imagine your body as a highway, and you picture the virus as a very fast car, um, being driven by a very bad man. Imagine the damage that car can cause. Then if you replace that man with a cop... the picture changes. And that's essentially what we've done.

TV Personality: And how many people have you treated so far?

Dr. Alice Krippin: Well, we've had ten thousand and nine clinical trials in humans so far.

TV Personality: And how many are cancer-free?

Dr. Alice Krippin: Ten thousand and nine.

TV Personality: So you have actually cured cancer.

Dr. Alice Krippin: Yes, yes... yes, we have.
