The level of this movie is basically the same as the previous one, which means that Bourne has not become weaker or stronger. It is still at that level, but it is enough because it is already strong.
The more imperfect is the main line, which is roughly understood, but the details are still a bit vague. Anyway, some people at the top of the CIA are using power for personal gain, probably. This level is also consistent with the first one. I didn't understand why Bourne took the initiative to apply for the task but failed. But the reason for Bourne's comeback is straightforward and heart-wrenching. It's all caused by the sequel.
Car chasing scenes are added to this movie (I don't have it in the first part). The car chasing of the Bourne series has one characteristic-crash, the car always has to chase and destroy, drag the iron plate to drive. In the other dramas, singled out, escape and so on, they all seem familiar, but they can still be seen.
Overall, it's still a very good action movie.
