Starting from the Order of the Phoenix, David Yates ruined Harry Potter movies one by one

It's not just the film reviews of the Order of the Phoenix.

I admit that I hesitated before scoring. Facing the Harry Potter movie that disappointed me for the first time in my life and the most disappointed me, should I give this fragment 5 out of feelings like everyone else? Star or 3 stars? But in the end I gave up the idea, because my feelings are by no means such a cheap thing.

Before the release of the Order of the Phoenix, "Tenth Screening Room" had evaluated the Goblet of Fire. This is what Long Bin said, to the effect that "...maybe only this series can finally surpass the acclaimed Tolkien epic." Yes, the HP movies at the time were getting better and better, and if they could be filmed in accordance with this trend, they would already have the aptitude to surpass the Lord of the Rings.

Unfortunately, this possibility was completely eliminated after David Yates took over. Of course, no one stipulates that HP must surpass the Lord of the Rings, but unfortunately, the next HP series cannot even be regarded as a good-looking movie.

When I watched the first four parts at station B and then watched the Order of the Phoenix, I couldn't help but remember the anger after watching the Order of the Phoenix for the first time that year. I can’t understand how such a garbage sequel to the Order of the Phoenix could be born with the first four jewels and jade, and I thought David Yates would improve in the future, but it turned out that he was disappointing time and time again, and Has been disappointed until the final chapter. When it was first released under Death Sacred, I did not hesitate to praise it, thinking it was one of the best movies in the world, but when my feelings calmed down, I started thinking about it really the best movie? I think it is not only not the best movie, but also one of the most disappointing sequels in history.

To be fair, David Yates is not yet a very rubbish director. He has excellent control over details. I am also very satisfied with his grades 5 and 6—the picture of 5 is blue. 6 is partial to shit green, and blue and shit green are the colors of the covers of novels 5 and 6.

But his strengths are nothing more than that. I always think that David Yates is only suitable for making small-cost literary films, and he can't hold Hollywood-level commercial productions at all. David Yates lacks imagination, has a mess of rhythm control, doesn't like the soundtrack, and can't control the big scene. The mediocrity is my evaluation of David Yates. After going through the carnival goblet of fire, the Order of the Phoenix was filmed by him into a dull long-running TV series with no ups and downs, lack of orgasm, and it made people sleepy.

There must be someone who will BB: Isn’t the atmosphere in the original book like this?

But I disagree. The atmosphere of the original book is depressive, and depression and dullness are not the same thing. Hogwarts, which was originally alive in the first four episodes, has become boring and dull since the Order of the Phoenix.

David Yates is not qualified to direct HP at all. It is one of the most absurd things in the world to use HP, a super IP, to train such third-rate directors.

Since David Yates took over, the magical world has been losing its magic.

Of course, this is not the pot of David Yates alone. From the Order of the Phoenix to the Death Sacred, it is obvious that Warner has become more and more perfunctory to the HP series, and the original work has been changed in a mess.

5 alone deleted many interesting and interesting details in the original work. For example, Qiu Zhang ate Hermione’s vinegar because Harry and Hermione were too close, and DA’s fight with the Death Eaters was greatly reduced. The much-anticipated Deng Fu battle was also hastily, far less exciting than the original (that was the only time Deng Fu faced each other head-on!). 6 is the reversal of primary and secondary, changed to the iron triangle of dog-blood love, Voldemort's growth, Horcrux and Half-Blood Prince line have been cut to the maximum. Confused. The broken old wand of 7 is so ridiculous, and in the end it basically just shoots randomly. Many of the barrage at station B are bothering those who always complain about the original BB. But this series starts at least from 5, so you really have to cooperate with the original to understand it.

Even if it is a movie adapted from a novel, as a viewer, there is no obligation to watch the original first. I always believe that adaptations that people who have not read the original can understand are qualified adaptations. For example, in the Marvel series, HP's adaptations are obviously unqualified. But I think the original party may be even more dissatisfied with such an adaptation.

The awkward look and the dissatisfaction of the original party who have never seen the original work are the embarrassing situation of several films after HP. But because of HP's huge IP, Warner understands that no matter what the film is made, someone will buy it. This trick indeed worked at the time. Since the original HP works were in full swing when the movie was released, the movies did not seem so unbearable under the blessing of the original works and fan filters. Gradually revealed. Follow-up HP movies have become peripheral products of the original work just like HP's games and toys.

Some people say that David Yates will only show off the big scenes, but I disagree. It was precisely after he took over that the HP scenes shrank severely, which is not satisfying at all.

The battle where Death Eaters sneaked into the school in the Half-Blood Prince was deleted; the Battle of Hogwarts was the last battle of the HP series. It should be how cool and how to shoot to make viewers enjoy it, but it was in David Yates. Under the lens of "The four tables are gradually empty. There is no one at the Slytherin table; and when Ravenclaw filed out, some of the older classmates sat motionless; Hatch Pachi left more; even half of Gryffindor’s classmates stayed in their seats." The plot that best expresses the characteristics of the students of the Fourth Academy was deleted; the house elves and horsemen who participated in the war were deleted. Now; Lao Fu singles out McGonagall, Kingsley, and Slughorn (yes, this is Lao Fu's true strength, not the ridiculous holding Harry in the air for three and a half weeks), deleted. And Fred's death- "The world is over, why the fighting hasn't stopped" , do you think the final battle of the movie is worthy of this sentence? ?

In addition, I will make a malicious guess-the last 4 big scenes are probably shrunk to save money for special effects.

To put it plainly, Warner is just a businessman, and it is expected that he wants to get the most benefit at the least cost. The reason why David Coconut was chosen is because he has no qualifications and background, and his right to speak is very small. The money-saving requirements of the film party can only be obediently followed.

The most obvious is 6, think about it carefully, how many special effects are there in 6? There don’t seem to be many, right? They are basically 5 mao special effects such as the light emitted by the staff, and they are not much stronger than the domestic special effects.

7 The reason why the picture is dimmed is not to reflect the depressive atmosphere, but to save money on special effects-the darker the picture, the smaller the flaws in special effects. This is why many low-cost monster movies choose to let monsters in Appears in the dark-the dark picture is actually to cover up the cheapness of special effects.

It stands to reason that this shouldn't happen with HP's super production, but who knows the truth? I think the DC fan knows how deadly Warner is. Anyway, I have always used the worst malice to speculate on Warner.

In fact, what I am most dissatisfied with is that I deleted the choices of the Fourth House in the decisive battle, Fred's death, and Percy's reconciliation and reunion with his family on the battlefield.

I don’t know if you have ever thought about it, why the Harry Potter series can attract countless fans around the world, just because of the magical curse in the book? Don't be funny, that stuff is something that everyone can make, and there are countless works with magic more magical than HP. The true magic of HP is by no means a curse, but the places that make us empathize and touch our hearts, the characters that can move us, the dialogues and plots that make us continue to remember. Since the Order of the Phoenix, these elements have gradually disappeared. Are HP movies that have lost the essence of HP still HP? It's just a bunch of Hollywood fantasy movies. This is what I mean by "loss of magic".

In short, from the Order of the Phoenix, the HP movie has brought me the most disappointment, disappointment again and again, and disappointment until the end. Although I am a book fan, I am really sad to see that the novel that I grew up with did not make a perfect curtain call on the big screen. I wasted such a good cast and team. It is really sad.
