This is a very interesting setting. It can be imagined that within a year or two, people will start to panic, within three to five years, they are still full of hope, and after seven or eight years, the commotion begins to spread: Since mankind is all over, why should I go to work? Eighteen years later, the whole world will be in chaos in 2027 after all, and the movie starts here.
The film’s apocalyptic atmosphere is good. The gloomy and run-down London streets, passers-by who are not strange to terrorist bombings, crazy rioters, and the army everywhere. This is a hopeless city, and it is also the most orderly in the world in this era. Or the only city that exists. Finally, at the turning point, a pregnant girl (kee) appeared. Embarrassingly, she did not know who to entrust the hope of human beings. The terrorists who found her were as untrustworthy as the terrorist government. So the film set up a group of Scientists who continue to plant and work hard have become the ideal home for the sons of mankind. The protagonist (Theo) has no choice but to start the arduous journey of escorting the sons of mankind.
The fate of children of men in the movie is thought-provoking: For a doomsday hope that may change the destiny of the entire human race, the terrorists still put her safety under their political demands. Ridiculous? Maybe. However, humans are not animals that sacrifice some small profits and take care of the overall interests. For individuals, I (we) are all, others, sorry, basically, fuck you. Now the voice of "sustainable development" is getting louder and louder in the world. Sooner or later, whether sustainable development can be sustained will become a question of sustainable survival. Even so, when a group of soldiers watched the baby go away solemnly or even religiously outside the dangerous building, a rushing sound set off a new round of melee: Son of mankind, take care, I still have a battle to fight in front of me. This scene can be explained as the situation forced, the arrow is on the string, well, the Middle East is on the string, Africa is on the string, China is on the string, and developed countries are winding up everywhere. Maybe one day, the string is broken and the arrow is broken, or the plague or nuclear war is rampant. In an outbreak or environmental collapse, God is tired of human performance, and throws a little soot into the woman's womb. Human beings no longer have children and begin to wait for the appearance of children of men.
Of course, the movie also portrays the human nature of individual flashes, which is where humanity's hope lies.
Another: The two long shots in the movie are well received. If possible, I suggest you feel it in the cinema; the
best funny: Theo asks Kee who is the father of the child, Kee has a serious face: i'm a virgin
