Completing "Star Wars: A New Hope", just like the Americans in 1977, "seeing" these characters for the first time, and remembering them forever:
The young and immature Luke (Luke Skywalker)
The brave princess Leia (Leia),
Robot CP: CP C-3PO, who is in charge of talking tuberculosis, and R2-D2, who is cute and clever,
Darth Vader, who is always so cool,
The bohemian Han Solo, the loyal gorilla Chewbacca and their Millennium Falcon (zhui).
There are also The Empire, Jedi, The Force and strange aliens.
Like "Star Trek", Star Wars has created many classic characters, and the character design and service are also quite distinctive.
(I'm going to selfishly reconcile "Star Cowboy" again. After watching these two series, I feel a little closer to CB)
But apart from remembering the names of these characters, if you don't consider their age, there is more to complain about.
The slow-paced, classic Raiders of the Lost Ark heroes save the beauty, the good guys will eventually defeat the bad guys mode story, is not in line with today's aesthetics.
The protagonist's aura is a bit unreasonable, and I can't help but make me sympathize with the poor storm soldiers.
The ending finally came to a climax, and it stopped abruptly after revealing the tip of the iceberg of the force.
However, as a pioneering work that connects the past and the next, he can understand the director's restraint.
When I first saw Episode IV in the opening title, I didn't react for a while.
The fourth episode? Because there are still three prequels and two true stories waiting for you, Lucas is really ambitious.
After watching Star Wars, I became more and more sure that my favorite was "2001: A Space Odyssey" which made me unable to remember the names of the characters.
Is there a man named David in the movie? Can't remember, what an ordinary name. (I remember the smart computer called "HAL 9000" and the big black stone).
"Star Wars" has classic lines: "May the force be with you.", "Star Trek" has: "Live long and prosper",
What about "2001"? Still can't remember. I only remember that it was a simple story, but it gave me a lasting shock.
PS Maybe watching "Star Wars" 1-6 consecutively will let me find the feeling of this series, but let's come to an end for now.
