On the importance of ten minutes at the end of the film (spoilers!)

The little boy, Cole, has supernatural powers and can see all ghosts everywhere. He is often isolated by his classmates and called a freak. He doesn't even dare to tell his mother his abilities, lest the only mother who cares about him thinks himself He was a freak, until he met the psychologist Mike, he confided everything to Mike, but the relationship between them developed and the final result was far more than that simple...

Before watching the last 10 minutes, my feeling was this: Isn’t this a movie in which ordinary children have supernatural powers to see ghosts? Then the psychiatrist conducts various kinds of guidance, and adds scary passages such as ghosts of various methods of death in the eyes of how many children?

This is obviously a very ordinary film, at least a little earlier, thinking may be a bit ahead, the actors' acting skills are better, there are big names like Bruce Willis

There are several interesting places. The little boy Cole saw three hanged ghosts when he was with Mike at school. He was afraid to move. He was obviously the only one who could see, but he said to Mike at the time " Can you tell them to let them go?"

Previously, Cole also said that he could see all the ghosts, but those ghosts could not see each other, and they all thought they were not dead.

Cole also said that ghosts are obsessed with what happened before they are alive.

At the time, there was nothing wrong with this. His request to Mike felt like a plea from the heart of a little boy who was extremely frightened.

As for Mike, his wife was indifferent to him, just because the student she had given up came to her home and committed suicide with a gun. At least Mike thought so.

Being ignored by his wife and derailed by his wife again made Mike feel desperate.

After Mike came home once, at that time Mike had discovered that his wife had cheated, but the TV at home was showing a videotape of his marriage, which was obviously not what Mike did.

At that time, I understood it as the guilt of my wife's derailment and the missing of my former husband.

In addition, at the funeral of the little girl who asked Cole for help later, it was said that this kind of funeral should come from people the master knew, but Mike’s arrival did not cause anyone to notice. At that time, I seemed very puzzled: then Is it really okay for a big stranger to run around in your own home? And Cole’s arrival makes it easy for people to think that one of his friends brought the child, and it’s normal not to care.

There is another interesting place for me. After Cole's mother brought Cole back from the party, she discovered Cole's injury. At that night, I thought she would call Mike to beg for help with her children, but she called the parent of the friend who bullied Cole. It seemed as it should be, but I always felt that something was wrong.

And after watching the last 10 minutes, the film heightened the depth of the two male protagonists, especially Cole.

And what we looked awkward in the front, we got very reasonable explanations, and found that many of the fronts were all hints, and the arrangement of the plot can be said to be seamless.

Cole's request to Mike to let the ghost leave turned out to be Cole forgetting that he needed to hide from Mike at the moment of fear. And Mike’s wife verified Mike’s death when he watched the wedding video during the Cold War and derailment.

The rest is because Mike does not exist in the eyes of ordinary people.

The various plot arrangements are just right. If you let go of the suspense in this film, you will find even more shocking places.

The blood on Mike's body has been there since Mike's death, which means that Cole has always known that Mike is a ghost, but Mike himself didn't know it.

You know that in the first half of the movie, Cole was extremely afraid of ghosts, but he accepted Mike and opened his heart to Mike.

And Mike also let him discover that not all ghosts want to harm him, some ghosts need Cole's help, and some ghosts, like Mike, just want to help Cole.

If we stand in Cole’s position, we can carefully understand how much fear Cole had overcome in the first place before approaching Mike.

This is the best place to watch the movie

Finally, let me say a digression. For those who are afraid of ghosts, you may think that there will be some bad ghosts that will hurt themselves. There are good people and bad people. Therefore, there are good ghosts and bad ghosts. Those good ghosts will help you. do not be afraid
