Never tire

Some discoveries and feelings after rewatching the man in black:

1. Will Smith is really a rare talented comedian. The humor he showed in the film is natural, and it is entirely made of superb acting skills and unique personal charm. On the other hand, the hammer god, who appeared in the restarted version of Men in Black this year, is also taking the comedy route, but can only rely on selling stupidity to complete the comedy effect.

At the same time, some of the details in the film are also hilarious. For example, the contemptuous eyes of this top student at West Point military academy are really too good 23333

2. The farmer who was skinned by the Zerg was actually the same actor as Fisk in the Netflix version of "The Dare". The two roles with huge gaps are well completed. But I personally think that the role of the skinned farmer is better. The disgusting feeling of distorted limbs is too impressive.

3. A dialogue between J and K in the film is very interesting. J asked K: Why should the matter of aliens on the earth be treated strictly confidentially? K's answer is: because everyone is a foolish, flustered and dangerous animal.

4. Tommy Lee Jones is so handsome.

I prefer to call this film a sci-fi comedy, with Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith's hot and cold characters, gorgeous special effects and unique perspectives of alien logic make this The movie was a big hit in 1997. I suggest you watch the Blu-ray version released by Sony in 2008.

Men in Black quotes

  • Kay: Keep him on THIS planet!

Jay: Kay, where are you going?

Kay: I'm going to get my gun back.

  • Jay: What branch of the government do we report to?

Kay: None, they ask too many questions.

Jay: So who pays for all this?

Kay: We hold patents on a few gadgets we confiscated from the visitors. Velcro, microwave ovens, liposuction. This is a fascinating little gadget. It'll replace CDs soon. Guess I'll have to buy the 'White Album' again.

    Jay: That's fun.

Kay: It's a universal translator. We're not even supposed to have it. I'll tell you why. Human thought is so primitive it's looked upon as an infectious disease in some of the better galaxies. That kind of makes you proud, doesn't it?
