The joy of sorrow with music

Star Wars: Episode VI-Return of the Jedi

At the end of the final chapter of the true story, Darth Vader, in order to protect his son Luke, died with the emperor, and finally fulfilled the prophetic mission that Obi-wan hoped to bring balance to the Force, which was twenty years late.

After a brief father and son confession, the two immediately faced off to death. Lord Vader, who had been stunned for a long time, had only his son Luke to see him off, but it was also nice that there was also an angelic Luke who saw him off. The name of this soundtrack is Light of the Force, and it was previously named Funeral Pyre of a Jedi, which is quite a bit topical. This fire was sent to the murderous black warrior Lord Vader, and the Jedi warrior Anakin Skywalker who has been squandering his life to bring balance to the Force.

Finally, everyone celebrated the victory on the planet of Ewok. Luke reunited with his sister Leia and friend Han Solo. Vader changed back to Anakin and reunited with his mentors Obi-wan and Yoda in the form of Jedi ghost. The three heroes smiled and looked at Luke. The celebration music of Victory Celebration, the sadness of humming in jubilation, the classic sorrow with music, made people shed tears.

This time I watched Star Wars and thought of the similar feelings I had when I watched the Lord of the Rings and HP: this kind of fantasy/sci-fi big IP of youth growth, seeing the end, even if it is the rise of heroes, victory celebrations and HE, there is always a trace of sadness. He feels the body is hollowed out, but it seems to have reached another calm and hopeful state of mind, some aspects are more fragile than the original, some conveniences are stronger than the original, maybe this is the meaning of growth, and it is also the meaning of Force. Mysterious.

I know it's supposed to be good, but am just totally not into this sci-fi stuff.

Really like a space comedy ethics science fiction film. It was very joyful to watch, especially when Luke and his group broke into Endor, I kept laughing, and the Journey to the West was a sense of sight. At the end of the film, Hayden's Anakin's appearance surprised me! The relationship between my filial son Luke and his father moved me to tears. I feel that there are too many things to talk about in the movie, and the details are always covered. Yoda has so many inverted sentences. If I look at it thirty years ago, I would definitely be reluctant to bear this group of people!

Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi quotes

  • Han Solo: Well, look at you! A General, huh?

Lando Calrissian: Someone must have told them all about my little maneuver at the Battle of Taanab.

Han Solo: Well, don't look at me, pal. I just said you were a fair pilot. I didn't know they were looking for somebody to lead this crazy attack.

Lando Calrissian: I'm surprised they didn't ask you to do it.

Han Solo: Well, who says they didn't? Only I ain't crazy.

  • [last lines]

Han Solo: I'm sure Luke wasn't on that thing when it blew.

Princess Leia: He wasn't. I can feel it.

    Han Solo: You love him,

    [pause]

    Han Solo: don't you?

    Princess Leia: Yes.

Han Solo: All right. I understand. Fine. When he comes back, I won't get in the way.

Princess Leia: Oh, Han, it's not like that at all.

    [whispering]

    Princess Leia: He's my brother.
