Chocolate scam

Growing up, I don't think Hollywood is fun anymore.
Probably because you can always read other things from movies that look very entertaining and simple, right?
Those things make me unhappy.
Many things that have touched me have also deteriorated.
For example, if you look at "The Silent Lambs", you
no longer think that Judy Foster is a heroine of perseverance and wisdom.
Women have never been the subject of Hollywood movie actions.
She is still a puppet
who asks men for help, gets instructions, and completes tasks-how did she get Hannibal's trust?
Female charm, fragility, revealing innocence.

Watching "Forrest Gump" again, when I was a child, I felt amused and moved to death.
What did he avoid?
The black movement is in Forrest's hometown, Alabama.
The hippies and anti-war movements in the 1970s, as well as the feminist movement...
In the eyes of the honest and conservative Forrest Gump,
it was nothing but nonsense and fuss.
Jenny is not rebellious, she is self-abuse. She was devastated.
Her return implies the failure of these movements.

Those chocolate candies, maybe, are not so sweet.

Forrest Gump quotes

  • Lyndon B. Johnson: [Putting medal on Forrest] America owes you a debt of gratitude, son. Now I understand you were wounded. Where were you hit?

    Forrest Gump: In the buttocks.

Lyndon B. Johnson: Oh that must be a sight.

    [Whispering to Forrest]

Lyndon B. Johnson: I'd like to see that.

[Forrest shows him; Johnson walks away embarrassed]

Lyndon B. Johnson: God damn, son.

  • Abbie Hoffman: Tell us a little bit about the war, man.

Forrest Gump: The war in Vietnam?

Abbie Hoffman: [to audience] War in Viet-Fucking-Nam!

    [Audience cheers]
