This is not only a movie for heavy metal lovers, it turned out to be suitable for both young and old. My mothers in the same industry also watched it very happily. My mother has remembered that Northern Europe and Finland not only aurora and reindeer but also heavy metal rock.
The story is relatively old-fashioned. Several young people in Finnish small towns (real-life losers) formed a band and practiced their favorite heavy metal rock in a conservative and closed town for more than ten years. However, the goose has never been on stage. Their perseverance and hard work made their first official performance on the stage of a Norwegian music festival, which triggered a series of interesting and absurd stories.
The story is quite simple. Although most of the sections can be guessed by you, the unexpected plots really surprise you. It is not an exaggeration to say that the humor of the Nordic people really makes you laugh with tears. I stole the car, dug my grave and took my partner's coffin all the way to the music festival happily; speeding to shoot the band poster with surveillance, I have to say that it was quite creative [covering face]. The core is very heavy metal, but the way the story is described is easy and humorous, and audiences who don’t understand heavy metal rock can easily participate in it. Very pleasant viewing experience.
ps: The first contact with heavy metal band was Nightwish from Finland. Every time I heard heavy metal, I wanted to learn how to play drums. That kind of double-pedaling is really a burst of energy.
