I think the truth is enough to move people's hearts

Life is always full of ups and downs, hardships, and of course joy and happiness. The protagonist of the movie is a girl who grew up in an unhappy environment. She was born in two families where the literary and artistic atmosphere was too strong to ignore her existence. This is fortunate or unfortunate. Maybe you will understand after experiencing it. In order to escape this cold family, she went to New York to realize her dream of acting. She missed the funeral where her mother committed suicide. She never contacted her father. She didn't miss everything in this family at all. She kept sadness and complaints hidden in her father's heart.

Yes, she came back for money. Very, very reasonable and true, for a female protagonist who has a colder personality. And she found that the home she remembered before was different from the home she came back to this time. What she found, what she recalled, and what she changed. She finally eased the knot between her father and her heart. She finally understood that she still loved everything in this family. She didn't choose the benefit, she didn't need to choose the benefit to sell herself. She seems to have become more bloody, as an actor. She seemed to finally drop the stone in her heart to the ground.

She loves her father and his works. The unfinished first draft is the most precious gift.

Winter Passing quotes

  • Reese Holden: Wow. Where's she from? Wimbledon?

  • Reese Holden: I just can't believe this is the same man who told his six-year-old daughter that Christmas was a Republican capitalistic conspiracy created by the Hallmark Corporation and that, if Jesus were alive today he'd be down in Nicaragua rallying the Sandinistas. Grace Away.
