Wheeler was framed by his own people (Sergeant Edward, partner Melissa Ballard), put in an underwater prison, and kept in a submarine. The opening setting is good, at least in the same way as Escape from the Golden Cicada.

First of all, it is not good for creating a tense atmosphere.
Secondly, the connection between music and picture is not enough.
