The plot is a relatively old-fashioned crime, thriller, and suspense film, but many of the details are not revealed, so it is sometimes incomprehensible to watch.
Cage played a failed couple this time. The husband did not return home, and his wife took drugs, which eventually led to the accidental death of his young daughter.
In order to put aside their previous life and escape the pain of losing their daughter, the two decided to buy a motel in a remote area and wanted to start a new life there.
In fact, that motel is pretty good, with a big swimming pool.
But there are many secrets hidden in that motel.
That motel is where prostitutes and sex abusers trade.
And several prostitutes were killed one after another. What Cage didn't know was that a prostitute was killed shortly before he bought this hotel.
Soon after Cage bought the hotel, another prostitute was killed.
Cage suspected it was the hand of a sexual abuser.
He told a policeman who often came to his hotel.
The policeman asked Cage to help find the previous innkeeper. Cage finally found the previous innkeeper with great pains, but the innkeeper told Cage to go quickly and agreed to return half of Cage's money.
As soon as he finished speaking, the innkeeper was killed.
Cage was shocked and frightened, and hurried back to the hotel, preparing to take his wife away, but he did not expect to fall into the trap again, but the real murderer was the policeman behind the scenes.
