In addition, there are two plots that feel unreasonable in the film. One is why the town police did not directly kill the male protagonist after killing the former boss of the hotel. Instead, they returned to the town and kidnapped his wife. The other is that the husband and wife ran away in a hurry after killing the policeman. There was no aftermath, which was not in line with the male protagonist’s calm personality and common sense.
It tells how the couple took over a hotel and moved to a small town away from the busy city in order to avoid the pain of losing their beloved daughter. Unexpectedly, the hotel and the people in the town were full of weirdness, as the town police suggested, "Everyone here is unusual." Then the husband discovered that the town police had killed a girl in this hotel, and when the town police wanted to kill her, the husband counter-killed him, and then fled the town with his wife.
