I really like the director’s attitude. There is so much food and so much information. Reading some articles that are suspected of manipulating every day is not helpful to health; reading and learning objective facts, and finding a way that suits you to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This kind of autonomous method is not only good for health, but can also cultivate an independent way of thinking, so that people no longer just believe in what the media wants you to see, but delve into the essence of some things. In a fast and complex information society, it is a way of life for wise men.
What kind of lifestyle is for the unwise? I am personally annoyed by that kind of person. Today I read an article title such as "Light Fasting Sweeping the World's Weight Loss Trend", and I started to stop eating; after a few days I read the article "8-Hour Diet Can Lose Weight by Eating Cake ", I started to eat only 8 hours of meals; a few days after reading the article "Ketogenic Diet Challenges 30 Days to Lose 20 Catties", I skipped meals and ate pork belly every day.
If everyone can slow down their impetuous mind a little, reduce their utilitarianism, settle for a bit, and get more depth, then human beings don't know how many times healthier than they are now.
