Soviet Road Movies of World War II, not pretentious, true and concise. After thousands of hardships, Alyosha rushed home, but could only hug his mother before continuing to the front line. For the country, he was just one of many ordinary soldiers, and for his mother, he was her only son. The first five minutes of the scene made me amazed, and the photography was amazing. The group portrait under the director's video reflects the turmoil during the war, and finally unforgettable mother's tearful eyes.
Alyosha is too handsome, responsible, caring, sincere and kind, ideal boyfriend type! Although there is no large-scale battlefield smoke, the suffering of ordinary families is a microcosm of the cruelty of war. It is much better than the domestic movies of the same period. It is grounded, very real and touching.
