" "Landscape after Battle" (Landscape after Battle)
Four masterpieces by Andre Vajda. Before that, I have watched five of Vaida’s movies: "Promised Land", "Man of Marble", and "Young Girls of Wilko" ("Young Girls of Wilko"). ), "Vengeance" ("Zemsta"), "Iron Man".
Among the nine movies, except for "Wick's Girl", which is a moving "youth film"-in fact, the characters in the film are not young, but they interpret a story about youth-and "Revenge" "Except for a film adapted from a classic stage comedy in Poland, the other seven films have strong political and historical colors. Unfortunately, I don't have much research on Polish politics and history, and I don't care much. Therefore, when I watch these films, there are more or less things I don't understand. It can be said that to a certain extent, I feel tired watching these films, on the one hand because I have a lot of confusion, and on the other hand because it is difficult or unwilling to experience the heaviness of it. But I watched every movie carefully and tried to get into the time and space of the movie. I think that although I am also very "stubborn", I have never given up the respect for the masters and their films-of course, there are also some masters who do not sell his accounts-this is a matter of personal preference. .
These movies are not for me to comment on. But I would like to tell you that the following three movies are my favorite: "Wick's Girl", "Underwater", "Blessed Land".
