In socialist Poland in the late 1970s, Philip, a factory buyer, bought a film camera to photograph his newborn daughter. The director asked him to shoot the memorial party in the factory, and he won the Amateur Filmmaker Award. This made Philip more involved in the movie, for which his wife was not happy. The boss swayed Philip’s film creation, which made him feel uncomfortable. Philip kept the boss from contacting the TV station. His director career gradually got on track. His wife left him, and the company’s brother Shi also left. Philip Destroyed the film I took.
