In 1672, two wizards (Jennifer and her father Daniel) were burned to death by Puritan Jonathan Woolley. In order to retaliate, Jennifer cursed all descendants of the Woolley family, that is, their offspring will always marry the wrong woman and lead a miserable life as a result. In the 20th century, a flash of lightning released Jennifer and her father from the tree that kept their souls imprisoned. Jennifer took the body and decided to make the future politician Wallace Woolley conclude an unfortunate marriage contract, which made Wallace miserably fall in love with her before his wedding. Wallace did not respond positively, and Jennifer had to turn to the love potion. Everyone knows that love potions often backfire. As a result, Jennifer drank the love potions and fell in love with Wallace hopelessly. The whole movie is very comedy.
