Although the movie is based on the assassination of Hitler as a clue, the world that the director presents to us is more focused on Elser as a human individual. In a war, all personal interests are no longer important, and the entire country is like a war machine, constantly driving forward with fanaticism as fuel. In the small movie studio, the crowds enthusiastically supporting the Nazi Party were mixed with strong smoke and shouted: Long live Hitler.
