You may not know me, but I wrote you this letter. Actually, I want to talk about your wife. She has an improper relationship between men and women, which is definitely not a joke. ...

6. In the subway car,
Takuro thought at night : This is a bit like a woman's font.
The tram started. After a brightly colored commercial building advertisement outside the car window, it was completely dark.

Neighbor: Ah! You came back so early! please wait!
Takuro was taken aback, feeling a little strange. Why don't you usually pay attention.
Takuro walked along the small courtyard into the kitchen.
Emiko wearing an apron is frying eggs in the kitchen, without looking back: You are back. Didn't you say to prepare a lunch box? Are you going fishing tonight?
Takurou let out an "um" and walked straight to the back room glumly.
In the kitchen, Emiko was frying eggs by the stove and asked: What are you going fishing for today?
Takuro (voice-over): Perch and cuttlefish?
Emiko: Then, let's eat sashimi tomorrow.
Takuro put on his work clothes and walked out of the back room. He carried a fishing rod in his hand.
Emiko put the lunch box and asked: Is it cold at night? I think I still have to wear a jacket.
Takurou returned to the back room "hmm".
Emiko was busy packing lunch boxes in front of the stove, and asked in passing: When are you going to fish until tomorrow?
Takuro came out of the back room while wearing a yellow jacket, walked to the front steps and sat down. He replied smoothly: It's about the same as usual.
Emiko stood behind Takuro with a smile and handed the lunch box: I wish you a good harvest!
Emiko helped Takuro pull the collar. Takuro took the lunch box and said, "I'm leaving", and took a shortcut down the mountain with his backpack.

Takuro: OK!

Takuro: Come again! ……I go first.

Crossroads. A white car was particularly dazzling in the dark, and suddenly appeared in front of Takurou. Takuro stopped, staring, thinking: This car is rare, it must be an ominous sign.
At this time, Emiko's voice rang in Takurou's ears.
Emiko (voice-over): Good evening! What time did you catch tonight?
Takuro looked up at the street lamp.
Close-up: The street lamp is unusually bright, gradually turning into a red light.

13. At Takuro Yamashita's home,
there are dazzling lights flashing in the windows at night . Takuro took the path close to the rear window, put his eyes on the blinds, and looked inside through the gaps in the blinds.

16. Takuro’s bedroom, Ye
Takuro rushed into the room and thrust a sharp kitchen knife into the shoulder of the stranger. The stranger yelled "Wow" and rolled under the bed.
Emiko was half-naked, sitting on the bed with a pale face, and staring at Takurou without expression, whether it was a challenge, a demonstration, or resentment or anger.
Takuro's angry back. A sharp kitchen knife pierced the bare chest, blood gushing like a fountain.
Close-up: Blood stains splashed on the glass window.
From the back of Takurou, he pulled out the kitchen knife and stabbed it in, repeatedly.
Voiceover: Murder! It's killing!

When the camera moves closer, it can be seen that Takuro is as thin as two people compared to his physique when he was a small clerk in a suit 8 years ago, and he is also nearly middle-aged. With a heavy and cold voice, the door of the cell corridor closed.

23. Warden's Office, during the day
Standing next to the policeman was a short, bald old man who appeared to be in his 60s. The warden held a piece of official document to tell Takurou who walked in and stood upright, and told him what to pay attention to during the parole period.
Warden: During your release from prison on parole, I sincerely hope that you never let your guard down on yourself. Then he pointed to the short old man and said: Don't make trouble for the guardian.
The 60-year-old man next to Takuro is the guardian Jiro Nakajima. Nakajima bowed deeply to the warden.
Warden: For this reason, no matter what disputes around you, you should never get involved.
Takuro was still standing upright, expressionless.
The warden handed over the "Parole Approval".
Takuro bowed a little and took the approval letter over his head.
Warden: Then I wish you a good life during the two years of your release on parole.
Takuro mechanically followed Nakajima and stepped out.

24. In the inner courtyard of the prison, there are simple offices. During the day,
Takuro took off his prison uniform and put on a wide suit and walked out of the courtyard behind Nakajima. Nakajima stood at the door and said to Takuro: The car is in the parking lot outside, let's go.
As soon as Nakajima spoke, Takuro stood at attention mechanically keeping a certain distance. After Nakajima started off, Takuro followed. When Nakajima looked back, Takuro stood up again. It's weird that Nakajima wants this person! The two stopped and walked to the parking lot.

25. In the parking lot, at
this time during the day, two criminal police officers chased out from the iron gate holding a large plastic bag.
Interpol A: Here! Oxygen has already been injected into it, so I think it’s okay to stay here for a day.

Nakajima: What is that?
Takuro carefully took the plastic bag from the detective.
Criminal A: It's an eel raised by Yamashita.
Nakajima: Eel?
Close-up: There is a lively eel in a plastic bag.
Criminal A: He found this in a nearby river while serving his sentence. He was caught and fed in a pool in the prison. Ordinarily, this is not allowed, but if we say that it is raised by guards, that's fine.
Nakajima stood by the car and said to Takuro: Why bother, what kind of eels to raise.
Takuro, who had been holding the plastic bag silently, spoke up: It is very obedient.
Nakajima was surprised: Obedient?
Takuro said seriously to the plastic bag: Besides, it won't talk nonsense.
After finishing speaking, he bowed deeply to the two detectives and got into the car.
Nakajima started the car and drove away from the prison.
Overprint title: Eel

26. Highway, distant view, the daytime
lampposts and the curvy roads interweave a modern picture, which is in sharp contrast with the narrow corridors of the prison. The darkness is not visible.

Takuro nodded vigorously.

29. City streets,
distant view during the day . Overlooking the city streets outlined by blooming pink cherry blossoms. Pushing closer, the beautiful shadow of the cherry tree canopy is reflected on the river. The car driven by Nakajima and Takuro passed through the small road along the river surrounded by the blooming cherry trees.

30. Close view, in front of Guanfu Temple,
there are tall and wide stone steps in front of the temple gate during the day , the main hall with vermilion inlaid cornices, and the side halls on both sides, very stylish, it must have a prosperous history.
The car stopped in front of the mountain gate. Nakajima said to Takuro: This is the temple where I live.
Nakajima got out of the car and turned around and said to Takurou: From now on, you have to come here often to report to me. There is nothing to say, just chat.
Takuro looked at the plastic bag worriedly.
Nakajima: How about going in by the way?
Takuro seemed to have heard nothing, and said to himself: The eel seemed to have no strength. Said and ran to the river.

31. Close shot, by the Tone River,
Takuro squatted by the river during the day to change the water for the eels in the plastic bag. After changing the water, he held the plastic bag and stared at the water of Tone River. Nakajima stood behind him.
Nakajima: How about a walk along the river? I want you to see the shop you asked me to find and sell.
Takuro remained silent, and the two walked up one after another.
Pedestrian bridge in front of the small water gate. Tonegawa River changed direction here. Nakajima walked ahead, Takuro followed unhurriedly. Nakajima looked back from time to time, looking at Takuro's feet strangely.
Nakajima: I said, can't you walk side by side with me? Why do you always seem to be unable to walk.
Takuro quickly followed two steps and walked side by side with him.
Takuro lowered his head: This is a problem developed over the past eight years.
Close-up (Impression in Nakajima's mind): Prisoners' feet. The prisoners lined up and down in the prison.
Vision. The Tonegawa River forms a wide lake here, and local people call it Yotaura Lake.

32. Inside the shipyard,
a building like a factory building during the day . The door was wide open. A wooden boat under repair was erected directly opposite the door. I can see nothing from the outside. Nakajima stopped. A man's voice came from behind the wooden boat: Yo! Is it a funeral for your husband? This is a profitable business, and the monk is all inclusive.
Nakajima ran to the wooden boat, but Takuro stood by the door and waited. A thin old man emerged from under the belly of the boat. The two are old acquaintances.
Nakajima: I'm not for a funeral, I'm here for a walk. A student from my past came to visit me today.
Nakajima beckoned to Takuro. Takuro ran over. Nakajima stands between Takuro and Takada-kun and introduces: He is Takada-kun. This is Mr. Yamashita. Come to visit Sawara today.
Takada: Huh? ! Want to visit here? It's almost like the Sahara Desert, it's nothing to watch. This is a quagmire of villains, where slacker villains are rolling around.

33. Looking at the lake from the shipyard, the distant view, in the daytime
from the huge dock of the shipyard to Tianpu backlit perspective. The small silhouettes of Takada, Nakajima, and Takuro are embedded in this dock.
I only heard Nakajima say: Takada-kun is an expert in fishing, let him teach you later.
Takada raised the plastic bag in Takuro's hand and asked: What is that?
Nakajima: Did you see it? It's an eel.
Takada: Ah, it's so big, do you want to make grilled eel?
Nakajima: He seems to like this eel very much. (To Takuro) Alright, let's go.
Takada: Where to go, there is nothing going on.
Nakajima: I want him to see the broken barbershop you mentioned. He wants to open a barber shop.

34. Outside the gate of the shipyard, during the day,
Takata and Nakajima walked and said they came to the broken ships stacked outside the factory.
Takada: Can he run that shop?
Nakajima: I was also worried that he could not do it well, and I showed him the photos several times. ...The
words were not finished, and it happened that a fire brigade in training was running past them. Nakajima also happened to point to Takuro and said to Takada that there was no problem.
Unexpectedly, seeing Nakajima's gesture, Takuro ran behind the fire brigade. Nakajima was anxious, left Takata, beckoned to chase and shouted: Hey, Yamashita-kun, it's this way! Here! Come here!
So Takuro turned around alone, and ran back to Nakajima.
Takata: This person is a bit weird.
Nakajima: It's a little bit.
Takuro returned to Nakajima and stood.

35. With Tianpu Lake, a
distant view during the day . The rippling water surface of Tianpu Lake.
Close shot. Overgrown along the bank of the lake. Along the embankment, you can see about 100 meters away from the Takata Shipyard. Among the weeds facing Lake Tianura, there are a few broken houses with no windows, the roofs are open, the walls have holes, and a sign is erected next to them. I can see the words "Paddy Field Haircut" indistinctly. There was no traffic in front of the broken house, and it was a bleak scene.
Nakajima and Takuro walked one after another along the path along the embankment. When I walked closer, I could see a door in this ruined house.
Nakajima said to Takuro: It would be nice to have such a place.

36. Interior view, inside the broken house,
there are strands of broken reed mats hanging upside down on the ceiling during the day . Nakajima and Takuro opened the door and looked around. Takurou took out a photo from his arms to compare it, and then went into the cabin.
There are some tables, chairs and benches in the room. Nakajima found a chair that would not fall down. Takuro stood leaning on the pillar.
Nakajima took out a contract from his pocket and said to Takurou: This was bought for 4 million yen, and now it only costs 1 million yen to decorate it. You have a retirement pay of 3.8 million yen here, which can be used to buy it, and it will be valuable in the future.
Nakajima handed the deed to Takuro.
Takuro took the deed and began to inspect the house. There was a mirror on the wall and a bench for waiting. A small door leading to the backyard was further ahead. When you walked out the door, you could see the exposed utility room. Takuro walked into the utility room and found a water pump. After pressing it up and down a few times, a trickle of water came out of the pipe. Takuro quickly caught it with a bucket, then poured the eel in the plastic bag into the bucket, and squatted down to watch.
On the kitchen glass window, the big man Saito Masaki stood and looked inside. Takuro looked at him strangely.
Nakajima nagging: He is the child of a nearby farmer. By the way, I forgot to tell you that if he comes to borrow an abacus, don't lend it to him, he is going to be placed on the open space to summon the universe.
Nakajima looked outside the back door and found that Masaki was gone, and it was Takada Shigeyoshi who was standing there.
Nakajima thought of something, and patted his head: Oh, where did he go? ... Yamashita-san!

37. Location, barber shop backyard, daytime
Nakajima and Takada stood at the entrance of the backyard and looked around. At a glance, they saw Takuro squatting in front of the pump and watching the water flow. I saw Takuro carrying a bucket to go out, and he hit a bucket of water by the Lake Tianura and poured it into a large wooden bucket, and poured the eel in the small bucket into the large wooden bucket.
Feature: lively eels in wooden barrels.
Takuro smiled while holding the barrel with both hands.
Takuro (voice-over): I really like this place, how about you?
It seemed that Takuro was smiling as if talking to the eel in a low voice.
Takada and Nakajima watching from a distance are a bit weird.
Takata: What's the matter with this rather strange person?
Nakajima: Well...what is he talking about? !
Close shot. Takurou was lying on the edge of the barrel, he was overjoyed and laughed out loud.

38. Outside, outside the gate of Guanfu Temple, under the
heavy dark night, the temple lights flicker, like the stars in the night sky or the lighthouse in the vast sea. Wan Lai was all silent.

39. In the modern bathroom in Guanfu Temple
, Yatakuro is sitting in the bathtub with his hands folded on his chest.

40. In the temple wing room, the night
wing room is full of bamboo pieces. Nakajima is writing blessings for the applicants. Wife Misako puts refreshments in the tea.
Misako: Are you right?
Nakajima: He didn't say it, but he still thought that way.
Misako: That means he didn't mean to reflect on it yet.
Takuro came out of the bathroom and bumped into the bamboo board.
Nakajima said to Takuro: Tell me, this is my wife.
Mizuko salutes: My name is Mizuko, please take care of me.
Seeing Takurou holding the underwear in her hand, Misako grabbed it and said: I will wash this underwear and I will put it for you.
Takuro quickly grabbed it back and said repeatedly: No, I will wash it myself.
Takuro saluted frequently, and walked into the back room as if he was about to escape: I'm going to sleep first... Good night!
He had entered the back room as soon as the voice fell. Misako and Nakajima looked at him with a strange expression.
Misako: He seems to have suffered a lot. ...
Nakajima: Yes.

44. Close shot, in front of the barber shop, during the day
Takuro repaired a huge barber sign lamp in front of the barber shop. The red and blue logo color has been mottled off, but it is faintly recognizable, and there is also the faded "Paddy Field Haircut" on it. Takuro nailed the nail silently, only the clang of the hammer hitting the nail.
It's raining. A wire-fixing engineering vehicle drove up to the barber shop and was connecting the wires.
Takuro repaired in the shop and placed the tables and chairs in place. Suddenly he looked up, and met the gaze of the big Saiteng Masaki who was visiting inward. Takuro lowered his head and continued to work.
An open-top red car drove to the door of the barber shop and stopped the car. The young man Yuji Nozawa asked curiously: What are you doing here? What are you doing?
Takuro is painting the door of the barber shop. He didn't talk, finished his work, and went into the store.
Resident member Sanxiang passed by on a motorcycle and stopped by Yuji's car. The two of them murmured and watched Takuro.
Yuji: What is that guy doing?
Resident: It seems to open a barber shop.
Yuji: Haircut? Look at his unpopular look, can you do this business?
Yuji retracted into the convertible and drove away.

45. Inside the barber shop, in the evening
Night fell. The shop has been cleaned up. The walls, tables and chairs, and mirror frames were all painted white. The big makeup mirror used by the barber shop looked like a thing when it stood up. There is a pillar at the transition between the shop hall and the inner room, and a small counter is placed next to the pillar. Takuro took out the glass water tank for raising tropical fish that he had just bought, put it on the small cabinet, and poured the eel in the wooden barrel into the water tank.
Takuro happily said to the eel: How is it? Comfortable?

The red and blue barber sign lamp is hung in front of the shop and revolves. The weeds have been cleared, and the front door is neat and flat. Grey tiles and white walls are very neat.
Takata pushed the door to the room and shouted: Is there anyone?
No one answered. Takada looked out the door and saw Takurou fishing across the road, he walked behind him and asked: What are you fishing for? There were only a few small fish jumping in the bucket.
Takata: What should I do if the customer for the haircut comes?
Takuro: I'll know if someone comes.
Takada: Don't I look like a customer?
Feature: Takuro dumps the bucket, and the small fish flows into the lake.
Takuro got up and went back to the barbershop. Takata looked at him puzzled.
Close-up: The eel in the water tank stretches its head to the surface of the water, absorbing oxygen from the water surface, as if panicking.

Takata looked around the bright glass windows and doors of Yi Xiaodian from the mirror. Through the glass, you can clearly see the red and blue haircut indicator light rotating in front of the door.
Takada: Has the barber shop been open for a long time?
Takuro: It's not that long.
Takada: I think you are not used to greeting guests. My hair is too long, short it for me.
Takuro prepared the shaving equipment. Takada caught a glimpse of the eel in the store’s water tank and asked: Do you talk to the eel every day? Do eels also tell funny jokes?
Takuro: Sometimes. I just caught it and raised it.
Takada: Will I also catch an eel in the future?
As he spoke, he casually glanced outside the door. A figure of a woman penetrated through the glass door.

48. Outside the barber shop,
the back of a woman in a black dress fades away during the day .
Takata leaned forward and looked out: It's rare, there will be a woman in such a place. After speaking, he sat up straight. This time Takuro put down his hand to face the glass door, and stared at the woman with a surprised look.
Takada: What's wrong with you?
Takuro was silent. He thought to himself: How could it resemble Emiko's hairstyle, dress preferences, body shape, and age so much like eight years ago.

Masaki sat on the doorstep, looked at the sign lamp with interest, then stood up and stroked the lamppost.
Yuji's red car also stopped in front of the store. He sat in the car and waited.
Takuro came back panicked on his bicycle.
Yuji greeted Takuro: It was closed as soon as it opened. What matters, where did you go? Did you go to a video game store? This kind of thing is not obligatory.
Takuro stood in front of the shop. He hesitated and said: Let me clean up first.
Masaki: I came earlier than him.
Yuji: I made an appointment. (Talking to drive away Masaki) But boss, do you have a hobby of racing horses? In fact, I asked the paddy field to do one thing before.
Masaki: It's mostly about drinking, right?
Yuji: Shut up! (While stopping Masaki to Takuro) So, I want to say if possible, I will continue to ask you, how about? The remuneration is 2% of sales, which is not too much, but don’t underestimate it. It is Toride and Matsudo and Chiba. Do you understand what I said?
Takurou seemed to be still thinking about the woman on the other side of the river. He stood in front of the store, hesitating to enter the store.
Yuji: Simply put, I hope you will continue to receive guests here. Instead of going directly to my house to get a haircut, it's better to just do it here, and the customer will find it convenient. And you are also a kind of service, isn't it great?
Takata ran over: What's wrong?
Yuji: I'm the first visitor, do you know?
Takata: Did you get the eel bait?
Yuji: What? You mean eel bait?
Takada asked Takuro who was dumbfounded: What's the matter with you?
Takuro to Takada: Wait, can you give me some time to talk.
Yuji: What did you say?
Takuro: I saw something worrying.

55. In the barber shop,
Takuro was calling in the evening .

56. The distant view, Tone River,
the wilderness by the riverbank in the evening is shrouded in red twilight. A round of sunset is slowly descending towards the horizon.

57. On the road by the river, in the evening,
an emergency vehicle drove from far to near on the road on the bank in the setting sun.

58. Resident in the house, the night
house was full of people. In Sanxiang, there were criminal police officers sitting in a row, and Takuro, Yuji, Masaki, and Takada stood in front of them as witnesses on the scene to write investigations and testimony records.
The detective asked Takuro: Why didn't he call the police when he first discovered it?
Takuro: Anyway, I think someone has to be with me.
Interpol: Is there anything in the purse?
Takuro: There seems to be sleeping pills or something!
Interpol: Did you open it and watch it?
Takuro: I haven't moved.
Yuji: What do you mention about that kind of thing? The contents are not lost. We found out and came to the police.
Interpol: It's better to ask about this kind of thing first.
Yuji: Why is that?
The resident goes out to answer the phone.
Resident: Really? ! That's great, (put down the microphone to Takurou) I heard that it was rescued.
Takuro: ...
Resident: Because it was discovered early, the stomach and intestines have been cleaned, and it will be fine if you rest in the hospital for another two or three days.
Takuro: ...
Interpol: Then (speaking to close the logbook), let's stop there first. If you have any questions, please contact me again. (To the resident) I will go to the hospital to have a look. (After speaking, he goes out)
Yuji then nailed his words: Humph! I can't even say such things as sorry and hard work.

59. Outside the station (police station),
Yataku bowed and wanted to go home.
Takada to Takuro: Don't you go to the riverside to have a look? How about I teach you to make a harpoon?
Takuro pointed to the bucket: What is this?
Takada: Didn't I tell you during the day? ! eel!
Takuro is absent for a snack.

60. Xiaohewan, on the boat,
Takada and Takuro , who are holding a harpoon in their hands, started night fishing again.
Takata: Recently, almost no one has speared fish, only me.
A 60-watt light bulb hung high on the mast of the boat illuminates the river. Seeing some movement, Takada plunged the harpoon into the water.
Close-up: An eel was taken out of the water and bent into a U shape on the fish.
(Voiceover): It's hit!
Takata shot the light on the water again, and there was no movement in front of the boat. Takata turned off the light and chatted with Takuro.
Takata: It stands to reason that this woman who wants to commit suicide may be your acquaintance, right? !
Takuro: No, I saw it. It looks a bit like...
Takada: You say like, who is like?
Takuro: Like a wife, the one who has broken up.
Takada felt that there was movement on the surface of the water, and encouraged Takuro: Come on, try it.
Takuro was upset: What do you want me to do?
Takata forcibly stuffed the harpoon into Takuro's hand: This is the harpoon.
Takuro (holding the harpoon):...
Takada: I'll light up this time, and you will take a good look.
Takata lights up the water. An eel was startled by the light, turned its white belly and ran away. At this time, Takuro was carrying Takata on his back, bending over and quietly letting go of the eel in the bucket.
Takata: Yes, yes, there! (Yelling loudly as if to stab Takuro)
Takuro:...
Takuro picked up the harpoon and set up his posture, but he didn't want to do it anymore.
Takada: What's wrong? ! (Looks at the empty bucket) Why did you put it?
Takuro: I'm not used to hunting fish like this, and I'm not interested.
Takata sighed.

61. In the bedroom of the barber shop under the mountain,
under the bedside lamp late at night, Takuro was lying on the bed tossing and turning, unable to sleep. Suddenly he yelled.
Close-up: The eel pierced by the harpoon shrinks into a U shape.
Takuro jumped up from the bed and grabbed the bedside lamp and rolled to the ground.

62. Inside the barber shop,
Takuro, who was awakened from a nightmare late at night , opened the door to the shop to look at the eels in the water tank. The eels are safe. Takuro put his face on the wall of the water tank, trying to calm down.
Voiceover: I'm sorry to write to you suddenly. Actually, I want to talk to you about your wife...
Feature: hallucinations, letter paper.
Takuro stared at the water tank.

63. Outside the barber shop, a
few days later during the day , a white car drove up on the sunny road beside Tianpu Lake and parked on the open space outside the barber shop.
Shelves for drying clothes were erected outside the barbershop at the foot of the mountain, as well as some small tables and benches.
Misako got off the car. Takuro greeted and saluted. Misako returned the gift.
Misako: I have something to ask for. I wanted to wait until tomorrow, but thinking that today is an auspicious day, it's better to do it quickly, so I made up my mind to come to you.
Takuro: Are you here to beg me?
Misako: It has something to do with you, it's Hattori's business.
Takuro: Hattori?
Guizi was faintly visible sitting in the cab. Seeing Misako turning around, Katsura got out of the car and saluted Takurou.
Guizi: I'm causing you trouble. I heard the police tell me what happened. Fortunately, I was saved by you.
Takuro: ...
Misako: Is it okay to come in and talk?
Takuro: ...Please!

64. In the barbershop under the mountain,
three people walked in during the day , and there were no guests, so they sat down on the waiting sofa.
Guizi handed the snack box to Takuro: This is not a valuable thing. I apologize to you, please accept it.
Takuro stared blankly at Katsura who was handing the snack gift box.
Guizi: Actually, this is not to apologize, but to thank you. Thank you for saving my life.
Takurou put the gift box on the small table,
Katsura: Thank you.
Takurou said to Misako with some suspicion: You tell me what you want me to do.
Misako: Katsura Hattori said that she wanted to find a job in this small town, and she wanted to find out, can your store...
Takuro was surprised: My store?
Misako: Since that happened and the mood stabilized, someone has to take care of her for the first half of the month, so I will take care of her during this period. She insisted that she couldn't go back to Tokyo, so I thought, instead of being so stupid, it's better to do something. Of course, everything is managed by the temple.
Takuro thought.
Misako: Yamashita-kun is alone, so it won't matter if you add a hand to help.
Takuro: If it's not in the way, it's not in the way,...but it's not easy.
Misako called Takuro to the open space in the backyard of the shop.
Misako: You have to save people to the end. You can't take care of her.
Takuro: ...
Misako: What if she wants to die again? She seems to be forced to desperately.
Takuro: Hmm...
Misako: She doesn't need salary for the time being.
Takuro: ...
Misako: Okay? I beg you. Cooking, washing, cleaning, everything is fine. (Suddenly assumes the posture of a man) In society, interpersonal communication is very important!
Takuro: ...

65.
There is a small pier under the weedy embankment near Lake Tianura. Takuro squatted and fished. A healthy and happy Katsura came from a distance and found Takuro who was fishing.
Guizi happily: Good morning!
Takuro did not answer.
Katsura stood behind Takuro and asked: Did you catch it?
Takuro was upset: The door is open!
Guizi answered "yes" and walked towards the store.
When Takuro saw the young woman, his heart became a mess. He didn't even know what was caught on the hook, and he pulled it up several times. Apparently Guizi disturbed his fishing interest.
Guizi is cleaning. Takuro walked in with his fishing rod sideways.
Guizi: May I wash the towels here?
Takuro: Towels?
Guizi: It's a used towel. There are not many new towels.
Guizi pointed to the used and unused towels to show him.
Takuro: Towels are always washed on Tuesdays.
Guizi: But the weather is fine today. I remember there is a washing machine in the back room.
Guizi took the dirty towel and walked towards the back room.
Takuro: ......

among debris 67. barber shop during the day and
seeds thrown in the towel hut in the corner of the washer. Takuro walked in, very upset.
Gui Qian: When I was young, I worked part-time in a barber shop and did some shampooing. If you have anything else to wash, just say it.
Takuro stepped forward and stopped Katsura: No need to wash.
Guizi: ...but, there are not many new clean towels.
Takuro: There are not so many guests here.
Guizi: ...really.

68. By the lake, during the day
Takuro came to the lake to change his hooks. Guizi went outside to pick wild flowers. When she walked back, she didn't find Takurou was still fishing.
Looking at Katsura's back, Takuro returned to the small dock on the lake to fish again.

69. Yamashita barber shop during the day and
seeds excitedly to pick flowers on the back of the store for decoration. Takuro walked in.
Guizi: I don't have a vase. I borrow this cup for use.
Takuro: ...I don't like flowers.
Guizi: ...decorate it with flowers, can't it?
Takuro: I didn't say no.
Takuro sat silently on the sofa where the guests waited, and he opened the newspaper to read it.
Guizi had nothing to do, so she sat on the stool next to her for washing her face.
Takuro: ...Why did you do that?
Katsurako: ...
Takuro: Isn't this a superfluous act?
Guizi: Did I fall in love with someone I can’t love?
Takuro:...
Guizi: If you want to say why, when the downturn comes, his enthusiasm is completely cold, and he is cunning everywhere, and everything is annoying. How should I put it to say, I feel more and more that it is meaningless to live...it must be what people say is self-inflicted and deserved.
Takuro: ...
At this moment, Takada walked in.
Guizi stood up: Welcome!
Takata: I'm sorry, I'm not a customer. (To Takuro) How about I want you to see this?
Takada asked Takuro to look at the one-meter-long bamboo tube he brought.
Takuro was still angry.
Takata: I remember you said before that you don't like harpoons. If you use this, you won't hurt the fish. This is called a "high tank", put it in the lake for one night, and then catch the eel when it gets in.

70. Close-up, with Tianpu Lake, the
moon is shining brightly at night . A wooden boat, a fish lamp, carrying a tall tank, floating on the water flickeringly.

71. On the small boat on the lake,
Yatakada and Takuro put a dozen high tanks in the water. These bamboo tubes called high cylinders are connected to each other with ropes.
Takata: This bamboo is Mengzong bamboo. I want one meter 3 long. If it's too short, even if there is light inside, the eels will not get in. Just put it in the water all night, it's not difficult to do it, how about it, let's give it a try!
According to Takada's statement, Takuro put the high tank with the mechanism installed in the water.
Takata asked carefully: Maybe the lady broke up with you, is she dead?
Takuro was startled, wondering how did he know?
Takata asked and replied: ...because I also died with my wife, so I thought you were the same.
Takata said while looking at the high tank in the water, ridiculing himself: That's it!
Takuro irritably: Enough, women have some.
Takada: Huh? !

72. Long view, with Tianpu Lake, morning
subtitle: One month later.

73. In the kitchen of the barber shop under the mountain
, a pot is steaming on the stove in the morning . Guizi was cutting green onions, and found that the pot was boiling, put tofu in it. She is busy making breakfast.

74. Outside the barber shop,
the barber sign lamp by the door rotates during the day . Masaki wiped the lamp carefully with a cloth. At this time, Takada approached Masaki.
Takada: What are you doing?
Masaki: Yamashita-kun said that he can lend me this for holidays.
Takada: Do you think this can be used to call the universe? Do you really think so?
Masaki: Grollard in the United States has already succeeded.
Takata probes into the barbershop hall.
Takada: Are there any guests today?
Masaki: Somehow, you are asking blindly with your eyes open.
Takata visited the store again.

75. In the Lisheng store,
new flowers are placed in the store during the day . Yuji and two men are waiting for a haircut.
Takuro is shaving his head for a rural old man.
Guizi adjusts the soapy water for shaving. After finishing the adjustment, I said to the next guest: I have kept you waiting.
Guizi took the guest to another chair and made preparations for the haircut simply and neatly.
Takada walked in.
Guizi: Welcome.
Yuji: I won't be able to wait another hour.
Katsura handed the hot towel and taro to Takada and gave up his seat.
Guizi: Please sit down.
Takada: It seems that you have gotten used to it (saying to take the towel and taro).
Guizi: Yes.
Takuro gestured to Katsura, asking her to give another one...
a child about three or four years old was playing in the store.
Takuro grinned: Here, one big taro.
Takuro handed the taro to the child and touched the child's head.
Yuji and Takada sat on the sofa chatting and waiting.
Yuji: I said it was cooked, but now if she is gone, will she be deserted?
Takada: Why is that?
Yuji: Do you need to ask? Hey, boss, you really appeal to children. This is the first time I have discovered the New World.
At this time, a middle school student with the appearance of a coach ran in and said to Guizi: This, can you give it to Huimei for me? Here are the tickets for the concert. She will pick it up later.
Guizi: Are you absent from class again?
Middle school students: Now I am in sports and youth classes, and I am running a marathon. (After speaking, he rushes out the door and dashes away)
Guizi: Yes, let Zhijun, I burned big taro, would you take some to eat? (Walking out while talking)
Takada looked at Katsura from the back and said to Takurou: At first glance, what a match!
Takuro: Stop talking nonsense!
Takada: Why are you angry?
Takuro: It's troublesome to let people gossip. Please, come here to wash your hair.
Takuro deliberately avoided talking and continued to work.
Guizi enters the shop.
Yuji held the newspaper and read vigorously: rumors and rumors have long been there. (He discusses while watching the racing news)
Takuro's expression is unnatural.
Yuji: Everyone is talking about this and that, don't you know?
Takuro and Katsura's eyes met.
Guizi: ...I'm going to prepare lunch. (Walking into the back room after speaking)
Takuro is worried.

76. In the barbershop kitchen,
lunch is on the table during the day , and Takuro and Guizi are eating. Katsura paid attention to Takuro's emotions.
Guizi: ...Is it troublesome to lick you?
Takuro: Trouble?
Guizi: The rumors about me and Yamashita-kun.
Takuro: ...
Kayko: Did you mean having a relationship with a woman who almost died?
Takuro was angry: Bring me the vinegar!
Guizi handed him the vinegar.
The two ate silently. After a while, Guizi said nothing to say: By the way, I always want to find time to ask you.
Takuro: ...
Katsurako: Why do you want to raise eels?
Takuro: ...just because people say eels are very similar to me.
After Takuro finished speaking, he piled up the lunch boxes, got up and walked towards the kitchen.
Katsura: I'll take care of it... (speaking and standing up)
Takuro refuses: No!
Guizi helpless.

77. On the Tone River embankment,
looking down from the embankment in the evening , Masaki shoveled weeds in the field beside the embankment and cleared a large circle with red new soil. There is a big white dot in the middle of the circle. Then he and Takuro, who had just walked over, sat on the embankment to admire.
Takuro: What did you call the cosmic people for?
Masaki: I just want to make friends.
Takuro: ...
Masaki: They often look at us. Therefore they will only appear when there are people who are really waiting for them.
Takuro: To be honest, isn't the maker friend terrible?
Masaki: ...
Takuro: Is it scary to interact with people?
Masaki: Yamashita-kun, aren't you the same?
Takuro: ...
Masaki: Those who don't like talking to people should talk to eels.

78. In the barber shop at Yamashita,
Yatakuro dressed in pajamas stood in front of the water tank in the shop, looking at the eels.
Voiceover (female voice): I want to look after you again.
Takuro wanted to catch the eel to see what was going on, but he didn't expect the eel to slide left and right to hide. Takuro couldn't catch it, and Chukyo plunged into the water tank in desperation.
Feature: water tank. Takuro's hallucinations: The oxygen pipe in the water tank became taller than the chimney, and Takuro struggling in the water, like a swimming fish. When it sinks to the bottom, it shrinks smaller and smaller, as small as a peanut. This little Takuro was desperately running around at the bottom of the water tank and couldn't get out, so he had to hold a huge oxygen tube.
Takuro returned to reality. He used his hands to fish out the eels in the water tank, but he couldn't find anything. He put his eyes on the glass of the water tank, and looked for the eels with his eyes wide open.
Feature: water tank. The eel sank to the bottom.
In reality, Takuro fell down beside the water tank, shaking.

79. Outside the barber shop under the mountain,
a cleaning car came and stopped during the day . Takuro is preparing haircut tools in the shop. The sweeper got out of the car and pushed in by the side door.
Sweeper: Down the mountain, I received a call saying that there is rubbish to pull, where is it?
Takuro: What are you talking about?
Guizi ran out of the back room with one hand.
Guizi: It was my call. I don't know who picked up the garbage in the clearing over there, and it has been piled up into mountains. So please clean up the truck for recycling.
Sweeper: Oh, those are. (
Looks at the open space) Guizi: Yes.
The sweeper said to the sweeper driver: It's the opposite.
The sweeper drove in the direction of the garbage dump.
Takuro and Katsura stood at the door watching him loading garbage. Takuro was a little surprised when he saw the man who started collecting garbage. In front of Takuro's sight, a forty-five-six-year-old man stood. That man's name is Takasaki Bao. He turned his head and saw Takurou was also shocked, but he pretended not to know him and went on to work.
Guizi consciously asked: Is it an acquaintance?
Takuro didn't answer.
Takurou looked back, blood was dripping from Katsura's hand.
Takuro: What's wrong with your hand?
Guizi: The cup was cut just now.
Takuro took Katsura's hand to look.
Guizi: It's no big deal.
Takuro: Go in.

80. In the barber shop, during the day,
Takuro asked Guizi to sit on the sofa, took out the first aid kit, disinfected the wound on Guizi's hand, and then wrapped a bandage. At this moment, a customer walked in.
Guizi: Welcome.
Customer: How did you make it like this? !
Takuro quickly said to the customer: It is closed today.
The customers felt that they were busy with something and left.
Guizi worried: I'm sorry.
Takuro seriously: Let's see a doctor.
Guizi: Go to the doctor?

81. On the road beside Lake Tianura, during the day,
Takuro was driving with Katsura on a bicycle.
Takuro: Does it hurt?
Guizi: It doesn't hurt.

82. On the road leading to the county seat, the
bicycle crosses the Tianpu Bridge during the day and enters the town. Because the road is not very smooth, the bicycle goes uphill and downhill suddenly.
Takuro told Katsura: Hurry up, don't let go.
Katsura embarrassedly hugged Takuro's buttocks and made a circle with her hands.
Takuro shouted again: I'll dangle, hold tight!
The bike bumped on the concrete road. Katsura hugged tightly and pressed her face to Takuro's shoulder. The county roads have a lot of traffic. A few trucks passed from behind, but fortunately Guizi was stuck tightly before being thrown off.

83. In the surgical treatment room of the municipal hospital, the
doctor examined Guizi's hand injury during the day , and then took out the suture needle and thread to sew it. Takuro stood behind Katsura and stared at the doctor's movements nervously.
Takuro: Is it anesthetized?
Doctor: There is no need for anesthesia for such a slight injury.
The doctor debride the wound. Guizi cried: It hurts! pain! Takuro stood behind supporting Katsura, Katsura did not dare to face her wound.

84. Guanfu temple, study room, Ye
Takuro went to visit Katsura and make a report. Misako is pouring tea to Takuro and Nakajima.
Misako: It's not a big deal, Katsura is quite energetic after stitching two stitches.
Takuro: Ah! ...
Misako: She said you handled it well... She was very happy when she came back.
Misako finished speaking and left with a smile.
Nakajima: What happened later?
Takuro: ...
Nakajima: Was the man you talking about locked up with you in prison?
Takuro nodded: He cleans this area and meets frequently.
Nakajima: In other words, maybe he knows your past?
Takuro: It was during the sentence that I had a bad relationship with him.
Nakajima: Don't worry too much! This person, Takasaki, may have the same concerns as you.
Takuro: ...
Nakajima: Then, let's do it, don't worry too much, just work as usual.
After speaking, Nakajima went straight to the sutra hall.

85. In the main hall of Guanfu Temple, the night
scent spit out like clouds and mist, and the sound of bells and wooden fish intertwined and faintly audible. Nakajima started chanting, and Takuro knelt behind him.
Nakajima: I said about Katsura.
Takuro: She and I have nothing.
Nakajima: I know this.
Nakajima chanted with his hands folded, and every time he finished reciting a sentence, he raised his gavel to strike the bell.
Takuro: I'm on parole. If there is that kind of rumors, it will be bad, right?
Nakajima: What worries me more than this is Katsura's thoughts on this matter.
Takuro: Did Hattor say anything?
Nakajima looked back: She said she wanted to leave here.
Takuro: If so, does she want to resign?
Nakajima: No, she wants to move out of the temple and live with you.
Takuro: ...
Nakajima: From her point of view, it doesn't seem to be a position that can say such things.
Nakajima continued to recite the scriptures.
Takuro: ...

86. The distant view, on the Tone River embankment,
looking down at night : Next to the Tone River embankment, in the large circle shoveled out of the lush green grass, now there are more hexagons made of branches. Masaki was busy installing the mechanism for calling UFOs in the circle. Takada and Yuji sat on a high slope watching Masaki Yun's haircut sign light.
Yuji: Just his little stuff, can you attract flying saucers? I think he is a big fool.
Takada: Why? Maybe that flying saucer will come!
Yuji: There won't be such a thing, it was deliberately fabricated by the TV station in order to increase the ratings. You are an old fellow, you are really confused.

87. Looking
forward , looking down, as night falls, Masaki turns on all the lights: car lights, lights, and barber marker lights. On the outermost periphery of the big circle is a circle of red lanterns, with mysterious light beams shining in the night fog. With the lights on, a strange electronic music echoed in the field. In the middle of the circle, a huge haircut sign lamp is spinning.

88. Close shot, on the dam, the night
bicycle wheel cuts the picture from the right side.
Guizi (Voiceover): You are still here!

89. Panoramic view of the dam, the night
camera zoomed out, the back view of Takuro and Katsura standing side by side. They stared at the barber sign lamp in the grass for a long time. On the horizon, stratus clouds converge, reflecting the purple colors of the setting sun, as if being in a fairy tale.
Close-up: Guizi's face profile, ear-length short hair, high nose bridge, pointed chin slightly upwards, deep sunken eye sockets, staring at the world.
Voiceover: The sky here is especially beautiful in the purple haze.
Close-up: Takuro's facial profile, angular contours, ordinary bridge of nose, thick lips, multiple double eyelids cover his gaze, as if he is always ruthless. What is he meditating on?
Close-up: Guizi's face, frowning slightly, and her face sad.
Guizi (Voiceover): That's what I thought in my heart when I swallowed medicine in the wild by the river. If I died, wouldn't it be like the sky here, melted in a purple haze?
Close-up: Takuro's face, squinting into the distance. The background is a microwave rippling surface of Lake Tianpu.
Takuro (voice-over): Why do you want to stand here?
Guizi (voice-over): Because so far I have never met someone like Yamashita.

90. Close shot, on the dam, Ye
Guizi and Takuro stand face to face on the dam. Guizi was wrapped in bandages on her hands and hung around her neck with gauze strips. Guizi put his other finger on the bandage and said: Until now, no one has cared about me, even when I was injured.
Close-up: Takuro's face is profiled, expressionless, squinting at a place in the distance.

91. The distant view, on the dam, it is
dark at night . Looking down under the embankment, the lights calling for the flying saucer flickered. On the embankment, the silhouettes of Takuro and Katsura stood at a long distance. The lights of the big circle calling for the flying saucer glowed with strange electronic sounds between them. Can't see their faces.
Katsurako: I remember Lingtian you and Takada made an appointment to go night fishing by boat, right?
Takuro: Yes.
Guizi: You have to have supper after night fishing, right? I'll make you a midnight snack box lunch.
Takuro: Box lunch?
Guizi: When your night fishing is over, I will make a lunch and wait for you at Yingqiao.
Guizi finished speaking and left. Takuro also pushed away.

92. With Tianpu Lake, the
surface of the night lake is as calm as a piece of ink glass. There is only one bright spot, breaking the silence of darkness, like a classic oil painting of fishing lanterns boating.
Close shot of small boat. A large 60-watt electric light bulb hung from the mast of the boat. On the ship, buckets and bamboo barrels were piled up disorderly.
Takuro and Takata carried the rope to live in the water and put the high-tank fishing gear in bamboo buckets. The fishing lantern reflected beautiful shining ripples on the water.
Takuro was looking at his watch and asked: Is it all right?
Takada: Wait!
Takuro: I caught a lot of them.
Takada: I think you seem to have something on your mind, do you have a date?
Takuro: No.
Takada—While talking, he got up to pack his fishing gear, and then took out some boxes from the backpack at the stern of the boat.
Takata: There is enough food for both of us. eat! We have to hurry up.
Takata was busy for a while, Takuro ate without saying a word.
Takata patted his stomach: Now, I'm full.
Takata stepped on the accelerator and the boat set sail.

93. The big panorama, Tone River, the
wet morning mist at dawn envelops the mountains, rivers and wilderness. The Tonegawa River divides the wilderness into two halves, and the trees on the riverside blend with the morning mist, like a freehand ink painting with splashed ink. The sun is rising, and the smiling face has not yet appeared, but the light has arrived, reflecting the purple morning light. The small motorized wooden boat that Takuro and Takada rode was turning into the river from the wide lake.

94. In the distant view, on the lake,
the fishing lights of the small wooden boat at dawn flashed in the fog, galloping in the wind and waves. The boat moved from far to near. The river course has gradually become narrower from wide. It can be seen clearly that the gray tiles and white walls lined up one after another on both sides, obviously driving into the river channel of the small city. The shadow on the boat also became clear, and it was Takuro and Takada.

95. Close shot, small town river,
a brick bridge appeared in front of the dawn boat. Takada pointed to the right side of the bridge and said: Over there, there is Asahi's home near the bridge.
The boat drove slowly towards the bridge hole. When the bow of the ship entered the bridge hole, the camera was pushed up, and there was a figure on the bridge railing. The morning fog is thick, everything is shrouded in the haze of fog.

96. In the bridge cave, on the boat, Takurou Liei drew
his head in the rain jacket, while Takada was still looking around.
Takada: Isn't that Katsura?
Takuro remained silent.
The bow sailed out of the bridge hole.
