1. Jax knew from the beginning that Celia was the child of Paul's father. The photo was sent to Paul's father, not Paul. When Celia asked her mother Paul if she was her father, she replied: I wish it was that simple.
2. The other 1/3 of the inheritance was not for charity, but for Celia. It was agreed to wait until Celia is 18 The age was passed to her by Andrew in some form.
3. Why would Penny lose control of Celia at home? Because of a misunderstanding, Andrew conveniently placed the secret shot of Celia by his son Johnathon in his work folder. It happened to be seen by Penny and interpreted as an affair. Celia's expression of incomprehension or sarcasm and the phrase "you people" angered Penny.
