After reading it and thinking about it, it seems to understand a bit

This movie was only watched for Colin Firth. I didn’t read the introduction. I thought it was my father looking for the second spring after losing his wife. I saw later that it was about father-daughter love and the experience of a family coming out of the pain of losing a loved one.
There are some plots in the film that are rather gloomy, such as the plot of the shuttle in the ancient alleys, which seems a bit obscure. When I watch it, I feel creepy (mainly because I am timid), and I am really afraid that the little girl will encounter misfortune. Fortunately, the ending is sunny.

    Joe: Well, I'm not sick.

  • Mary: Dad, it says here that Genoa used to be like the richest city in the world.

    Joe: Really?

Mary: Well, yeah, they invented the bank and like all the money came to them.
