Kill

I suspect that Boss Kitano hasn’t found the right feeling after filming "Beware of the Police", so he brought all the blunt-looking things in "Beware of the Police" into "3-4x10 Months Robber", such as loose ones. Rhythm, arrogant jump cuts, always in a state of wandering without a main line of the story outline, and willfully amplify these "unsound elements" to provoke the audience's viewing habits, and those who can accept it will not watch "3- Doze off during the first half of "4x10". Obviously, director Kitano, who is not a professional student, doesn’t care about so many film rules. He is reliant on his “stunned green” image to shoot vigorously. The result is amazing. He distills those unconventional elements into sharp coldness. Jun's lens language is self-contained, unconventional and extremely chic.
Kitano has been obsessed with baseball since he was a child, and "3-4x10 Months of Death" tells the story of a humiliated amateur baseball player retaliating against gangsters. I suspect that Kitano has incorporated a little autobiographical color into the film. (I am full of doubts about Kitano, because he and his films are not easy to be figured out.)
My doubts about the autobiographical color of this film are justified. After dropping out of school at Kitano University, he stayed in a car dealership and drove a taxi for a period of time. Due to his personality problems, it was difficult to blend in with the surrounding people. He was often pushed out and insulted. This is very similar to what happened to the protagonist of "3-4x10". The first time Kitano wrote a script, he made up a story similar to his own experience, and he had to consider the autobiographical color in it. From the point of view of the theme, this is a story about getting rid of bitterness and awakening self-esteem. People often encourage themselves in such stories, and Kitano's boss is of course no exception.
