In the elegant world of artists and musicians, after getting married with Gustav, Geteld was with his lover, composer Erland Jason. He also couldn't realize her ideal emotional state, she left him and exerted a kind of inner exile pressure on her. The film uses flashbacks and off-picture monologues to continuously enter the memory. We learned from it her ambiguous relationship with Gabriel who still hopes to be with her, as well as her adolescence, the disillusionment of her ideals, and the unrealization of decisive love.
