The ubiquitous Almodovar red, the green walls, the light and shadow like oil paintings and the pink like cheap bubbles from the neighbor’s Crystal, can’t conceal the suffering and precious humanity of life. I personally feel that the colors of this film are harmonious. It's better than the Law of Desire, and to be honest, I think Almodovar's late Broken Hug is much worse. Why I am supposed to be like this is also the first film of Almodovar’s directorial skills. The lizard recovered from the cemetery became a witness to the murder of her husband and was accidentally crushed to death. He wanted to be an actor but was tortured by his mother all the time. Vanessa’s little girl, Gloria, who was ups and downs in the trivial and heavy life of life, are also struggling with Volver, who was reborn after dissolving her sexual relationship with men. I really, I love Almodovar too much.
