Movie reviews:
The Chernobyl nuclear accident had a huge impact at the time, and it was so unheard of. A large number of civilians died, and then the army finally relied on the death of hundreds of pilots and the excessive radiation of a large number of soldiers did not cause subsequent greater disasters. When lamenting the bravery and fearlessness of Soviet soldiers, we must also reflect. Because all this can be avoided, in the early stage of nuclear power plant construction, in order to save trouble, the nuclear reactor cut-off device was made of graphite (this is the meaning, the expression is not accurate). When the operator found an abnormality, he pressed the emergency button, which should have stopped the nuclear reactor, but it turned into a detonation.
This reminds me of our 10.31 accident. Nitrogen should be used for the pressurized plugging of natural gas pipelines, but oxygen was used instead. This resulted in an explosion and three deaths.
