At the beginning of every ge/ming, there are ge/ming enthusiasts struggling to hold high and waving a clear banner of "for the benefit of the people, and for the freedom of speech." So this banner will inevitably be demonized, stigmatized, opposed, suppressed, and laughed at.... Once ge/ming starts, no one can stay out of it, so we always say that everyone who has ever existed is a participant in history, and people are all people in the age. In most cases, ballots cannot be said to be the embodiment of personal will. In essence, they are more likely to be the "bread and milk" exchange voucher in the hands of the right class. After all, what people care about is never which faction becomes the ultimate dang/zheng/zhe, but who can fulfill the original promise of letting everyone eat with dignity.
