"I have served the King of England" is a movie I want to recommend seriously. I have basically never watched a Czech movie. When I was a child, I liked the Czech cartoon "The Mole Story" very much. This movie is of course not comparable to cartoons, but it’s really good-looking. It’s not because there are a lot of exposed shots in the movie from time to time. There are no beauties in this movie, nor is it an erotic movie. The naked girls on the movie jacket belong to Grandstanding. The movie starts with an old man's amnesty, and starts a new life alone. When I am bored, I will inevitably recall the beauty of my youth. From the beginning, the prostitute who was soaked in the rain came to the store. He went to the brothel to find the girl to buy spring. At that time, the movie looked good. The protagonist didn't say much, his appearance was not outstanding, and he was still a small figure from the bottom of society. Following his memories, the film slowly presents his youthful experience and even adventures to the audience little by little. Full of comedy color, highly recommended.
