I watched this movie in a hop. To be honest, it’s a bit difficult to appreciate this kind of singing and genre from the eyes of people nowadays.
Looking at the background of singing, I seem to be able to understand this style of music again. It was during the Cold War between the United States and the former Soviet Union. The United States’ economy was sluggish and needed to be encouraged. The roar of Bob when he sang, coupled with the exhilarating lyrics, really seemed to cheer up people who fell to the ground. The strength to continue to rush forward is inside.
Based on my current experience, I still don't have a deep understanding of this spirit. I want to wait until I know the destiny of the past 40 years and then watch this film later, maybe I will know more.
Wait 14 years... Bob, I will be back!
