Garbo's most outstanding work, the same film is not in the plot but in Garbo, but also partly in love. Garbo's eyes are solemn, demeanor, and the inner drama is delicate, Garbo is strong and sometimes helpless, more like acting himself. John Gilbert, who plays the actor, is not perfect but remarkable, but because Garbo can always take over the role naturally to fill this shortfall. In the middle of the film, Garbo’s walks and emotional activities in the room seem to be sentimental, but in fact it is the meticulous arrangement of director Rubin Marmolian, and the interaction with the male protagonist is gentle and not lacking in sparks. Garbo's dedicated stylist Adrian has also created excellent clothing for this film. At the end, the virgin protagonist's heartbroken but still forbearing expression is heartbreaking, and the eyes of the virgin who stepped on the bow and stared into the distance were sad but more hopeful.
