The scene is perfect, so don’t mention the story

With the aura of "the highest investment zombie movie in history", "Zombie World War" is absolutely second to none in terms of visual effects.
The violent zombies in the film swept across Philadelphia like a tsunami; in Israel, the human ladder built by dense zombies outside the protective wall is definitely the most shocking scene in all zombie movies I have seen; on a civil airplane, zombies The epidemic broke out suddenly, and everyone in a confined space of tens of thousands of meters could only be dying.
"Zombie World War" hardly laid any groundwork. The protagonist's family was thrown to the brink of life and death at the beginning of the film. The streets were full of zombies for no reason, and all they could do was escape. In the first 20 minutes of the film, the rhythm of the plot is tense and suffocating. The family finally escaped from the sea of zombies, and Pete had to leave the family to save the entire humanity. So he went to Cardiff City in South Korea, Israel, and Wales, and finally found an antidote to save all mankind after nine deaths.
Watching the entire movie, thinking of the tense plots in the movie, there is still a feeling of suffocation in my chest. The big scene, the big special effects, the violent zombies, the helpless humans and the handsome guy Pete alone in Longtan, this movie is indeed worth watching. In these respects, the movie is obviously successful, at least not lethargic.
But just as the "Resident Evil" series of movies only have fast-paced blood and killing plus Li Bingbing, "Zombie World War" is just a gorgeous empty shelf. Except for the lively scenes, this movie has to be innovative without innovation, and has a story without a story, especially like a shooting video game-"Duty and Call". The protagonist constantly completes various tasks, uses various weapons to kill zombies, and saves the world on his own.
The tense, exciting plot setting conceals the weakness of the film's story to a large extent. There is basically no interaction between characters and characters. , The descriptions of family relationships are all symbolic, especially after the family is separated, the two lines are always in a state of separation in the plot. Except for a phone call that almost killed Pete, the wife line had no effect on the main line. Pete's role is more like a robot performing tasks.
For fans who are not deeply involved in the world, a good-looking scene is enough. Excessive criticism of the plot of the zombie film is very suspicion of picking the bones in the egg. But for me, a veteran movie fan who has been familiar with the various classic sections of zombie films, I am especially looking forward to seeing something new in this old-fashioned genre. For example, "The Warm Corpse" tells the love story of a zombie boy. It is the first zombie movie with zombies as the protagonist; in "Dawn of the Living Dead", a large group of people are trapped in a big shopping mall, and the zombies are Isolated in another space, the film's narrative focuses on the entanglement of interests between people. To this day, I still remember the romantic part of playing chess in the empty space in the film; "Land of the Living Dead", which is also in the series of the living dead, tells the state of the entire human society when the doomsday comes, and the zombies. The whole process of awakening begins under the leadership of the leader; in "28 Days of Surprise", zombies and doomsday are only the background, and the focus of the story is to explore the darkness of human nature; "I am a legend" tells a story about loneliness .
For the zombie movies I love, their common feature is that the focus of the plot is on the story between people, rather than people and zombies. Disasters, diseases, and the end of the world are just the background of the story, and the love and hatred between people is the core of the story. Killing zombies is not the point, the point is how to live, how to lead the one you love to live together. Your greatest enemy is not the zombies but those who are also eager to live.
"Zombie World War" is obviously nothing new in the plot. The focus of this movie is not on human nature, but only on the scene of the outbreak of zombies and how to solve the crisis of the end of the century through all kinds of difficulties.
