In addition to tears in the eyes or tears in the eyes

We shouldn’t be here,

but here we are.

It’s like the wonderful stories we’ve heard

praising great deeds,

full of darkness and danger.

Sometimes you don’t want to know the ending

because how could there be a happy ending and

so many terrible things happen.

How could this world return? The

terrible shadows that used to be but in the end will disappear after all,

even the darkness will disappear. A

new day will come and the

sun will emit a brighter light.

This is a touching story that will be unforgettable and meaningful.

Even if you are too young to understand why,

but I I think I understand.

I now understand

that the protagonists in these stories

have many opportunities to give up halfway, but they didn’t.

They decided to go forward.

They reported a belief

. What is our belief.

There must be kindness in this world that is

worth fighting for to the end.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers quotes

  • [Aragorn walks through the ranks of Elven defenders of Helm's Deep]

Aragorn: [In Elvish] Show them no mercy... for you shall receive none!

  • Gimli: It's true you don't see many Dwarf-women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for Dwarf-men.

Aragorn: [whispering to Eowyn] It's the beards.

Gimli: And this in turn has given rise to the belief that there are no Dwarf-women, and that Dwarves just spring out of holes in the ground!

    [Eowyn laughs]

Gimli: Which is, of course, ridiculous.
