What the hell? The scariest part of the whole film turned out to be the title?

Although it was a 1988 film, I was very surprised by the character modeling and setting of the whole play!

The most memorable scene is the two couples walking through a twisted path in the all-blue space, which is weird and full of beauty!

Although the plot is relatively old-fashioned, each character in the play is portrayed with its own characteristics. For example, the two couples are weak and kind, but the seemingly gothic little loli is very gentle, the stepmother is neurotic and vanity is bursting, these character characteristics Both are impressive.

And the so-called villain in the play is just a civil servant who was dismissed tragically because he didn't listen to his boss' instructions and would only play pranks. And the biggest bug is that no matter who calls the villain's name three times, he must appear or disappear immediately. How can such a poor villain make people feel terrible? I just think it's super cute!

After watching the whole movie, the most terrifying thing can only be said to be the title "Master of the Underworld". I think the translators have not watched the entire movie! Ha ha ha ha!

Beetlejuice quotes

  • [Evaluating her new home]

Delia: A little gasoline... blowtorch... no problem.

  • Barbara: [after Jane did not hear Adam call her] She didn't see you, right?

    Adam: Unh-uh.

Barbara: [reading the handbook] In the book: "Rule Number Two: the living usually won't see the dead".

    Adam: 'Won't' or 'can't'?

Barbara: It just says 'won't'. God, this book is so stupid. I can't understand anything in it.

[Adam takes the book and closes it]

Adam: Barb, honey... we're dead. I don't think we have very much to worry about anymore.
