Ranked by personal preference: Pulp Fiction> Falling Water Dog> Rescued Jiang Ge> King Kong is not bad> The Evil Eight> Shameless Bastard> Kill Bill 1, 2> Dangerous Relationship
"Pulp Fiction" is my favorite black comedy, and I am also One of the favorite American gangster movies. It has no gorgeous guns and bullets, no cruel power struggles, only ordinary and vivid dialogues and interesting chapters, but it is worth recollecting n times.
The characterization of "Falling Water Dog" is very brilliant: Mr. Bai who values love and righteousness, Mr. Jin who is crazy and perverted, Mr. Fan is gagging, Mr. Orange who tolerates undercover, the performances of several people are combined with Quentin's lines, and the plot is simple. The movie is made of flesh and blood.
The shootout of "Jiang Ge Rescued" is very exciting, the chattering dialogue is just right, the rhythm is full, and it is very interesting to watch it in one breath.
The bonus point of "King Kong Is Not Bad" is the car chase scene. The previous words are mainly to prepare for the mid-term killing scene (whether it is good or bad varies from person to person, and I still like to watch the dialogue between women) , The killing not only satisfied the audience temporarily, but also attracted the hatred value to the boss, layering layers, making the final revenge appear hearty.
The first half of "The Hateful Eight" is too long, and the dialogue and conflicts of the characters are also dull, but Jennifer Jason Lee's performance is very brilliant, and the second half is buried in the foreshadowing of the front one by one, at the end " "Lincoln's letter" sublimated the connotation of the movie.
The role of "Shameless Bastard" and several conflict scenes are very good. Uncle Wa's performance is the best, but the rhythm is messy, and the artistic sense of the movie doesn't get me, personally I don't like it very much.
In the "Kill Bill" series, I have always been unable to appreciate the aesthetics of violence, but the fighting scenes are indeed very bloody and exciting, as for the plot. . . .
"Dangerous Relationship" is not without reason. The plot is mediocre and boring, without the spirit of Quentin's expertise, and there is no uniqueness in structure. It is the worst in Quentin's movie.
