Let me talk about Uncle Tang first. I honestly think that, in terms of Uncle Tang's usual style, this kind of handsomeness has been very reduced. After all, Nan Zhu is a chivalrous detective, not a love saint. Before I went, I knew that the biggest point of the film was that Tang Shu's physique differed from that of the protagonist by a thousand miles, so I was psychologically prepared. In fact, the fighting scenes in this film really don't feel much to be seen. But I have to say that the details are good, and I think it is well-designed. Nan Zhu's style of play is all pragmatic and has no discipline. It will never give you three or five moves if you can solve it in one go, and there is no dazzling body movement at all. I personally think that these are loyal Nanzhu identities, and have nothing to do with Tang Shu's old age.
I don’t know if it’s called an old school. I think the director pursues accuracy rather than visual effects. What I like most about this film is that each role is very well-placed. The big villain does not have many scenes, but the temperament is crazy, and the performance of the little beauty is also remarkable. Although the heroine does not seem to have any highlights, she is actually in line with Nan Zhu The interaction between them is particularly detailed and accurate. Why did my friend complain about the hostess when he left the scene always staring wide-eyed. My heart is saying that people are both on guard and attracted by Nan Zhu, all kinds of entanglements, don’t know how to keep the cold in front of Nan Zhu, okay?
Unfortunately, the suspense and tension are not very strong, and I do not understand many lines. . .
It's probably a fairly satisfactory film, and it's not a pity to miss it. It's worth the fare after seeing it.
