坏学生Jenko又帅又酷，校草一枚，可是除了运动细胞发达，其他成绩次次都是F。笨书呆Schmidt学习得A,但是胖胖土土，穿着中规中矩的衬衫，背着双肩包，只会在女生面前咧着嘴展示银光闪闪的钢牙套。
一直以为，两人没什么交集，偏偏毕业后在警校成为拍档，果然是基情小说的好题材。一个肌肉男帮胖书呆体训，叫他起床，带他跑步；胖书呆帮肌肉男温书，拿到成绩后，两人碰拳庆贺。后来幻灯片上现出两人的合影，一个阳光健朗，一个可爱温和，完全的情侣照feel。
恩……不知道为什么，最近的影片都喜欢若有若无地暗示男男之爱。近到同档上映的This means war里，Tuck 和Frank时不时互讲“I love you"；远到热播的福尔摩斯TV剧里，华生和福尔摩斯大人之间的小互动。甚至来本片友情客串的Jonny Depp在临死前，也对搭档说了几句让腐女们想入非非的话。
我很阴谋论地猜想，同性恋团体是不是有一项专款，专门投在在影视作品中，润物细无声地培养公众对同性之爱的认同度。不然，同性之爱在这个世纪怎会如此来势汹汹，所向披靡？就连英国这个基督教国家都开始把认同同性婚姻提上议案。我有时不知道是该为整个社会的自由度鼓掌，还是为人类的繁衍和信仰表示担忧。咳，我有时候科幻小说看多了，就喜欢想想人类的未来，很是吃饱了撑得。
咳，跑题啦，继续剧透。Jenko和Schmidt一个因为成绩，一个因为女生，都把高中生活看做自己的噩梦，好不容易逃之夭夭，却又因为一段欢乐无厘头的警员行动，被上司踢到21 Jump Street做卧底警察。两人不得不换回当年高中生的行头，到充满伤心回忆和少男少女的校园抓毒贩。然后发现⋯⋯
