Write a film review for the first time. . . Banmen got an axe. . .
In August of this year, by chance, I found a book "Mysterious Visitor" by People's Publishing House on the Internet. The introduction was very attractive to me, so I bought it. The next thing is logical. The four books of Jack Rachel from People’s Publishing House have been bought. After reading them
, I know from the books that these books by Childe (the original author) have been published by Paramount and Atang. Brother bought it, so he searched the Internet with the mentality of trying it out, and found this film, downloaded it without hesitation, and watched it overnight.
One sentence comment: it basically reflects the style and
plot of Jack Rachel. I won’t say much.
As an action movie, the fight is clean, not muddy, and the rhythm is tight. It is still very good.
As a reasoning movie, Rachel I see blood every sentence, and clues can be found in the film. This is fine.
However, if you have not seen the original and watched the movie directly, this film would not be so friendly:
1. Rachel buys clothes Throwing away the old clothes afterwards. This is his traditional habit and his mark. If you haven’t read the original, this point

in the film is basically meaningless. 2. After Rachel takes a bath, the camera slides across his abdomen, and there is a line The scar. This scar is introduced in the first book of Rachel's series "KILLING FLOOR". It was a result of an operation. If you haven't read the original work, this scene shows Rachel's bravery. The introduction, but in fact this detail is also his hallmark

. 3. Rachel in the play is quick thinking, quick response, vigorous, well-versed in the use of various guns and equipment; the plot is also quick and direct, and the jump is very strong. If you haven't read the book, then this person looks too fake, and the plot is too jumpy; just like many people complain about, what kind of bad movie is this, it's a personal hero, suspended animation! Only by reading the original can you understand these contents

4. About the Wimbledon champion: There is an explanation in the second book of the Rachel series "DIE TRYING" (DIE TRYING). The original story is a dialogue between Rachel and a lady (Hawley Johnson). Ray: I have won the Wimbledon championship, about: Do you still play tennis? Ray: It's the Wimbledon shooting competition of the army. I am the only non-Marine sniper champion in decades. Only from this can we understand why Uncle Navy has a deep memory of Rachel. It is also understandable by looking at the original work.

There are still many details. I won’t say more here.
To understand the film, you still have to read the original work, personally. Hurry up, the original book is much more

peaty than the movie , it's stupid. . . Written as the original recommended. . . Tears ran. . . .
Let's make do with it. . .

Finally, I would like to add that the reason why the evaluation is a recommendation is that if you only watch the movie, it should be okay, but with the original book at the bottom, it can be a recommendation. Besides, I also like Jack Rachel very much. . . There are personal subjective factors. . .

One last sentence: I really don't like the label of "Prodigal Detective" by Overseas Chinese Publishing House for Rachel. . . It's too ugly, and it doesn't reflect Rachel's style at all. . . It’s the

first time I recommend the four books by People’s Publishing House.

I have read Lee Chad's text, read it again, and have a deeper understanding. From the shredding of that pair of cases to the delicate portrayal of the ending shootout, Christopher McQuarrie is largely faithful to the original, an old-school stoic Jack Reacher, as good on the nib as on the camera. Tom's choice to continue working with McQuarrie makes sense, and it's even more unbelievable that a British author has written such a purely American series of novels.

The films made by this director are not good, but I like them all.

Jack Reacher quotes

  • Sandy: [Sandy, Jeb and four other guys all surround Reacher outside a bar]

    [to Reacher]

Sandy: You still think you're funny now, creep?

Jeb: Shut your mouth, Sandy! No one is talking to you!

Jack Reacher: It's your last chance to walk away.

Jeb: [chuckles] Are you kidding? It's five against one.

Jack Reacher: [shakes his head] It's *three* against one.

Jeb: [perplexed] *How* do you figure?

Jack Reacher: Well, once I take out the leader, which is you, I'll have to contend with one or two enthusiastic wingmen. The last two guys, they always run.

Jeb: Oh, you, uh, you've done this before?

Jack Reacher: [reluctantly nods] It's getting late.

    [Jeb moves in]

Jack Reacher: Remember, you wanted this.

[Jeb smiles and swings at Reacher, who ducks and elbows Jeb in the forehead, who falls to the ground]

    Jack Reacher: It's okay.

    [helps Jeb up]

    Jack Reacher: Get up.

[kicks Jeb in the groin from behind, Jeb groans and Reacher pushes him aside with his foot. The other four move in closer]

Jack Reacher: Okay, let me know who's who. Let's get this done.

[Reacher easily takes down the other four, with him holding the last guy's foot under his arm. Two of the guys get up and both stare at Reacher with fear]

    Jack Reacher: Really?

[kicks the last guy in the chest, who screams as he falls to the ground. The two guys run away as the cops come. Sandy runs away as well]

Cop: [points his gun at Reacher] On the ground.

Jack Reacher: That's a pretty impressive response time, fellas.

    Cop: Do it!

[Reacher reluctantly gets down on the ground, next to a groaning Jeb]

    Cop: Hands behind your back.

Jack Reacher: [to Jeb] Who hired you?

  • Jack Reacher: Look out the window.

Helen: No, I've work to do.

    Jack Reacher: Just humor me.

Helen: And you need to leave.

    Jack Reacher: Okay.

[Grabs Helen's arm and starts to pull her to the window]

Helen: Let, let go of me.

Jack Reacher: Would you tell me what you see?

Helen: I see the same... things I see every day.

Jack Reacher: Well, imagine you've never seen it. Imagine you've spent your whole life in other parts of the world being told every day you're defending freedom. And finally you decide you've had enough. Time to see what you've given up your whole life for. Maybe get some of that freedom for yourself. Look at the people. Now tell me which ones are free. Free from debt. Anxiety. Stress. Fear. Failure. Indignity. Betrayal. How many wish that they were born knowing what they know now? Ask yourself how many would do things the same way over again? And how many would live their lives like me.
