Driss returned to Phillipe and I burst into tears.
I began to think of all kinds of people. Unexplainable and unclear all kinds.
Everyone may be trying to find the one who fits with their own soul.
Sometimes, such a person is your friend, he must be a lifetime friend. Sometimes, lucky, he just happens to be your lover.
But I want to say that there must be only one person who fits with your soul in this way, and there can only be one. Moreover, it is very likely that you will never find this person in your life.
Is there such a situation? You have a brief communication with a person for the first time, and then your lifelines begin to touch each other, tightly entwined.
Or, you have been good friends for many years, and then because of the other's jerk's words, or an upset look in your eyes, an indifferent expression, or your sudden indifference and no response when you can't figure out the situation. Because of these you will never contact you anymore.
Perhaps you will also fall in love at first sight for the boy sleeping in the bunk next to you on the train.
Perhaps, because of a postcard, you have become each other's tree hole.
Perhaps, a person gave the gift you always wanted, or accompanied you to the far place you always wanted to go, because in this way, you will remember him for a lifetime.
Perhaps you have become part of each other's lives because you can communicate freely with each other.
Or maybe, you have never experienced all this before.
I just want to express the feelings between people, sometimes it's out of reach, and sometimes it's about to happen.
When you feel that you are very far away from a person, maybe the other person wants you to be close.
When you feel that you have a close relationship with a person, you may become a separate individual who is no longer in contact tomorrow.
You think he is your lifelong friend, you think he will be your lifelong lover. You think your friendship and love will grow old with you. Maybe, just what you think.
While you don't care about a person, you don't know how much that person expects of you.
While you care about a person desperately, you don't know that your relationship is actually extremely fragile.
Because you feel out of reach, you will take it for granted that the other person agrees with you. Things that are out of reach, once you taste them, you won’t be able to get them out.
I watched the latter part of the movie in tears. I think of many people and many stories in my life.
If you just feel that he is out of reach, if you never try to make yourself truly calm and peaceful, then you will never know what you have gained and lost.
Finally, I really like the ending tune of the film, from Una Mattina of Ludovico Einaudi. She is full of warmth and sadness, like a quiet and beautiful river, flowing slowly, and then you see hope and the sun.
To commemorate the feelings that made me firm.
I think I still have the initial expectations for the relationship.
Because you never know what you will meet tomorrow and what it will be like tomorrow.
