Basic conditions:
1. The ghosts of those who die within the house will be trapped in the house due to the magic of the house and cannot go to other places.
2. The ghost can leave the house on Halloween, but will come back the next day.
3. Ghosts cannot give birth to children.
4. The ghost can freely decide whether to appear in front of the living person.
5. Ghosts can no longer die.

1922: The
famous surgeon Charles built a house for his wife Nora, then fell into a trough and became addicted to drugs and Frankenstein Complex, Nora introduced girls to abortion to make money. In the following years, about 24 girls died by her scalpel.

1977:
Tate was born.
1978:
Brothers Troy and Bryan met Adelaide at the door of the dilapidated house, then entered the house and smashed and were killed by Thaddeus.

During Halloween, gay Chad and Pat had an argument and decided not to have children. After killing the two, Tate disguised the scene as Chad killing and committing suicide.

Today:
After Vivien had a miscarriage, he raised a dog, Hallie, and Ben met Hayden. Ben and Hayden are having an affair at home and they are caught by Vivien on the spot. Ben confessed and persuaded Vivien to move from Boston to LA to start a new life. The Ben family moved into the house and met Adelaide and Constance who lived next door. Tate accepts Ben's psychotherapy as a patient. He meets Violet and falls in love at first sight. The housekeeper Moira enters the house. In Ben's eyes, she is a young and charming woman, but in the eyes of others, she is an old woman. Moira has repeatedly seduce Ben and was rejected. Ben prevents Violet and Tate from interacting. Ben and Vivien had sex for the first time in nearly a year. In order to satisfy Nora's wish to have a child, Tate raped Vivien in a black rubber jacket. Tate uses Thaddeus to help Violet scare little sister Leah. Larry found Ben and told him to leave the house.
Bianca pretended to be a patient and stepped on the house. Hayden told Ben that she was pregnant. Ben went to Boston to find Hayden. Bianca, Fiona and Dallas broke into the house, trying to kill Vivien mother and daughter in order to reproduce R. Franklin killing two in the house in 1968. In the scene of the nurse, Fiona and Dallas were killed by Tate in the basement, and Bianca was seriously injured and died six blocks away. Vivien plans to sell the house and move.
Hayden came to Ben's house to find him. Vivien was bleeding from his lower body when he took part in the Murder House tour to understand the housing situation. The doctor advised Vivien not to move during pregnancy. Violet said he did not want to move out of the house. Ben's blood test found opium tinctures. Hayden came to the house again to find Vivien for a showdown, but was stopped by Ben. Larry appeared to kill Hayden and buried him behind the house. Ben built a pavilion on it as a concealment. Larry asked Ben for 1,000 yuan, but Ben refused.
In the early part of Halloween, gay Chad and Patrick pretended to be costume sellers and found Vivien and Ben. On Halloween night, Vivien and Ben had conflicts due to Hayden’s call. Vivien sought a doctor for abdominal pain, Adelaide died in a car accident, Moira unplugged his mother’s ventilator, Larry and Ben had a conflict, Tate and Violet met on the beach who he shot and killed. Five students, Hayden and Vivien talked on the phone and appeared in a head-on conflict. Larry helped Hayden knock Ben unconscious, Nora rescued Ben, Hayden was taken away by guards.
Violet discovered what Tate had done back then. Constance explained that it was the reason for the house and brought in the psychic Billie. Violet asks Leah for sleeping pills. Violet saw many ghosts at home and died after swallowing an overdose of sleeping pills. Tate failed to rescue him. Ben saw Vivien and the guard Luke talking happily. The Vivien couple learned that they were pregnant with twins. Armenian businessman Joe Escandarian planned to buy the house and demolish it into an apartment building. Larry, Constance, and Moira decided to stop him for their own purposes, and killed him after being stunned. Tate tells Violet the secret to "go away".
Vivien discovered that Nora had been dead for many years. Hayden instigated Nora and her to snatch the twins in Vivien's belly. Moira told Vivien that the house was magical and full of ghosts. Vivien decided to take Violet away, but was scared back by Fiona and Dallas in the car at the door. Vivien accidentally wounded Ben with a gun. Ben thinks that Vivien has a mental problem and decides to send him to the hospital. Hayden's sister and the police came to find Ben, and Hayden appeared in front of them. Hayden seduces Travis. Beth finds Ben, and Ben refuses her temptation. The doctor told Ben that the twins Vivien was pregnant were half-fathers. Moira told Constance of the news. Constance understood that one of the children was Tate's, so he planned to marry Travis and raise the child. Ben once again rejected Moira and Beth's common temptation, and confessed to Hayden that he didn't love her. Hayden lied to Ben that Vivien and Luke had a leg.
Hayden killed Travis, Charles treated the corpse in the same way as Beth, and Larry threw the corpse. Ben finds Luke and Luke tells him that he is not fertile. Ben realized that it was a mistake to leave Vivien in the mental hospital. After he refused Moira's temptation again, he finally saw Moira's old face. Billie told Constance that the ghost fetus produced by the combination of ghosts and humans will trigger the end of the world. Ben tells the Vivien twins that they have two fathers and plans to take Vivien home. Constance thought it was Larry who killed Travis, and Larry told her that it was some ghost in the house. The trainees were advised to come and inform Ben Violet that he had not been to school for 16 days. Tate killed Violet's body to avoid being discovered by the insecticide Phil. Larry found some evidence of the killing of Travis in the house. For the first time in many years, he saw his dead wife and daughter. Larry surrendered to the police for atonement and said that he killed Travis. Ben took off the black man's headgear and found that it was Tate, who knocked him out. Tate told Violet the fact that she was dead.
Ben took Vivien out of the mental hospital and went back to the house to find Violet. Violet learned from Chad that Tate had raped Vivien. At the same time, Vivien had a stomachache and died of hemorrhage during childbirth. He gave birth to two children, including Jeffery (Ben's child). The stillborn child died after being taken away by Nora, and another baby (later named Michael, the child of the ghost of Tate) was taken away by Constance. Ben took the baby back from Constance and wanted to commit suicide. Vivien and Violet persuaded him to leave the house with the baby. Hayden, Fiona and Dallas hang Ben and take the baby away. Constance takes the baby away with the help of Travis.
The Miguel family moved into the house, and Ben and others deliberately scared the family away to avoid repeating their mistakes. Nora returns Jeffery to Vivien. Ben's family of five (including Moira) lived happily together, with Hayden and Tate standing outside a window.
Three years later, Michael killed the nanny while Constance was out.
