"Ten Things I Hate You", I saw it once in 2010. At that time, I participated in three student clubs. I was busy all day long and full of ambition. I really thought I was an elite of the independent female era.
At that time, I just looked at it as a daily adjustment, and saw that he finally wrote an idiot essay exclusively for Heath Ledger.
Revisiting the old films today for a year or two, just benefited from a state of disgrace: the students around were employed in internships or got married, leaving me standing empty-handed in the still time. Two years of ups and downs in the sea of life have changed a lot. Began to know that meteors pass by the earth, a star dies, the Pacific tsunami, unemployment and broken love...Everything that happens on the earth at every moment seems so earth-shattering and so lackluster to the public. Despite how special it is to the parties.
So Heath Ledger is not the only one in youth films, no matter how much viewers miss those green eyes that they never see again.
When I watched this film two years ago, I would think that if Heath Ledger was still alive, he would continue to occupy the flash like Gordon.
And now I think, at least, there are still films to miss him.
Two years ago, I was full of hope that I had a boyfriend like Heath Ledger, with long hands and long legs, and a full stomach; he would take care of me when I was drunk, and I would be unconscious. When you kiss, say: "Let's do it next time."
Two years later, I will miss the classmates I have had, like the joke, Shakespearean fanatics, nerds and dull dudes in the film. I call them big heads, chubby, class representatives, strawberry heads, and little hooligans. After many years have passed, the real name may be vague. Fortunately, the code names have always been there, and you can take the time machine when you think of it.
Perhaps it’s only when you lose it that you will miss it, and only when you are a student can you know Julia’s phrase in the film: "Is today an asshole day?" The love and hatred in it.
You may not need a youth tablet when you are proud, because it is too sweet and perfect, like adding unhealthy cyclamate. When I was so disheartened, I needed it: watching handsome men and beautiful women in love with each other in the sun, I realized that there was still something to look forward to.
Memories are only beautiful in memories. Youth is precious only after youth.
"Ten Things I Hate About You" is a fairy tale like the episode in the film said. Even though, like all American youth films, it is too perfect and dreamy, so what about it. At least it gives people such a parallel world. In this world, the sun is always bright, the constant temperature is 25 degrees, there is no academic pressure, the feelings are pure and beautiful, and they will never be disappointed.
Regarding Heath, the world will not stop turning without him, but I am forever grateful that there was such a him.
