On the second level, the movie is played in the middle, and the mystery is revealed. The book is the new British Christian Bible. So "The Book of Eli" is actually BIBLE.
On the third level, many chapters of Christian classics such as the Old Testament are named after "The Book of...", such as Jonah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Isaiah, and so on. The words before the "book" are the names of the prophets or saints, and they are also the authors of the books. So "The Book of Eli" is also the record of the life of the Prophet Eli.
On the fourth level, the source of the word Eli is My God, which appears in the Gospels. So "The Book of Eli" is the book of my lord.
