The bottom line of the big talk

After watching "The King of Big Talk", the first thing I thought of was whether the film was meant to stop us from lying. Obviously not. In the film, Fletcher, the lawyer played by Kim Carey, had a conversation with his son: Fletcher told his son that anyone would sometimes lie, but his son said that but only you would make me sad. It can be seen that lying also has a moral bottom line. Once you break through this moral bottom line, it will bring harm to others. As a result, many people are very good at "being people", and they can get promoted by fawning on the leader, and complimenting others can get benefits, even though what they think may be contrary to what they say. So under the lure of various benefits or benefits, we began to become "mature." In fact, we have already unknowingly surpassed the bottom line of morality. Fletcher lost his wife and son because of this in the past. Although he loved them very much, his hopes and disappointments finally made his wife intolerable and chose to leave. And when Fletcher could no longer lie because his son’s birthday wish came true, the whole world seemed to become clear and transparent: the boss’s integrity, the defender’s greed for money, the secretary’s loyalty, and the son and wife’s expectations of themselves. Hope. All this, in the days when Fletcher lied habitually, he had never felt it, and he had never even truly said to his son that he loved him. Fortunately, it was not too late when he realized. The play at the airport was really wonderful, and the happy ending as a comedy naturally made the audience even more excited.

It should be said that this film is a typical Kim Carey-style work. The exaggerated expressions and humorous lines made me laugh a few times during the filming process. It is commendable that Kim Carey’s movies will give you thoughts after you laugh, but they are not like other similar movies that give people a blunt feeling. This entertaining and entertaining film is definitely worthy of a 5-star recommendation.
