施耐德对角色的爱体现在他把每个英雄人物的内心打开，且不约而同把焦点放在了“父子/母子”关系角度上来展开。。。
特别典型的就是钢骨，非常完整的父子故事，最后高潮之处还是让人感动，作为一个这一集才出现的新人物，他给我印象最深。。。
闪电侠念念不忘的也是在狱中对自己保持期待的父亲，海王比较经典，有点像《指环王》里的阿拉贡，最终是要回头面对曾经抛弃自己的父母，再次统领亚特兰蒂斯。。。
神奇女侠一路隔世界彼此呼应关心的是她的母亲，超人在重生后是耳边的也是生父和养父的训话在反复交叠下，他重新找回自己，加入正义联盟。。。
而大队长蝙蝠侠全片继续从事政委工作，精神地位类比美国队长，主要负责思想工作和后勤交通问题，好像一路蝙蝠侠这个角色塑造有点被遗忘，但施耐德在尾声的第七章，让他通过跟小丑的一组对话，再次把诺兰建立的失去父母的黑暗骑士给拉到观众面前。。。
