On the whole it is a good drama, but I always feel that the avatar is too mentally retarded. Everyone in the play knows their mission and responsibilities and strives for it, except for the avatar herself: Katara practice water-bending hard and wants to avenge her mother; Sokka wants to be a warrior to protect the person who wants to protect, let her father do He is proud; Zuko has been chasing Aang to find his lost glory; uncle has been following Zuko and hopes to help him reconcile with himself; Toph loves freedom so he travels everywhere; Azula longs for power and therefore uses everything he can use. But Aang, just thinking about playing and Katara, using appa's tail as a slide, riding an eel, not practicing hard, and running away at every turn, without responsibility, ignoring his mission.
