A satirical noir film. After the hero lost his job, he drove to another city, and it was difficult to settle down. In self-defense when encountering bullying, he was caught by the police and thrown into prison. The man he met in prison was full of self-sacrificing pride, knowing that he wanted to get out of prison early and helping him escape together. They even robbed the bank together. While negotiating with the underworld who offered the crime work, the man took his own risk and kept the hero in a safe place. As a result, he killed himself. In the end, the male protagonist took the stolen money, and the woman he fell in love with, according to the smuggling method established by the escaped man, and finally ran to the land of freedom. In the end, the male protagonist seems to have a pretty happy ending, but when looking back, one can't help but miss the idealistic and righteous man who sacrificed for him, and this dark society full of injustice! This is a dark allegory. Assisting the escaped man is the ideal personification of the unreachable.
