3-hour long disaster film, London almost submerged in the flood. I remember last year's blockbuster "2012", there were several scenes in which London was submerged. And this film is like an expanded full version of these shots. The man-made dam on the Thames was reminded of the safety hazards in the design as early as the beginning of construction, although the probability is very small. The plot of the film sets this low-probability event as a real disaster. Many famous landmarks in London are featured in the film, and fans who yearn to travel can have a sneak peek. Of course, computer-animated stunts also brought these landmarks into disaster. Robert Carlisle plays the dam engineer and marine sports expert. He played the leading villain of the Eastern European terrorist in 007 "Black Sun Crisis". But this time, he dresses more normally and is more affectionate and righteous. It is difficult to associate his image with previous terrorists. Overall, this movie is a good disaster movie.
