"House at the End of Time" is a film about time travel, memories and time loops. It and the recent fiery "Invisible Guest" both come from Spain. It is not surprising that this cheerful and joyful country is rich in literature and thinkers, and it is not easy to apply artistic talents to modern movies. Senior sister and I watched and discussed, and we came up with four (or five) timelines. How many pearls do the protagonists have in their hands? In which time and space are they scattered? What happened on the night of the murder? Although it is easy to be confused when watching, but the pleasure is also very strong after clearing the logic. This is the fun of this type of film, and I have to admire the strong brain hole of the screenwriter. The fly in the ointment is that the poster design is indescribable, and this style reminds me of the fear of being dominated by domestic horror films.
