The ending pissed me off!
I don't particularly like that the protagonist must be reunited, but Jamie was tricked by the plot reversal. I feel that the screenwriter and director are not tricking the character, but the audience! This is not unexpected, but inconsistent! I doubted it too, but every time there is a monologue at the opening, and then it goes into the main story from Jamie's perspective, which should be the same person in perspective.
This is Chi Guoguo's perspective deception! Deduct one point.
In general, it still maintains the high level of the brain hole drama of the corrupt country, and many places are thought-provoking.
To torture humanity, the president and the Holy See, the secular and religious leaders, is all hypocrisy. The Holy See found a false Messiah, and murdered for the sake of a lie. The president took the junior into the bunker and explained that the reason for abandoning his wife was to give birth. . . Really scum.
I admired Scotty and his husband the most, deceived the world, betrayed his sister, kidnapped scientists, killed the President of the United States, and did not want a bunker position.
There seems to be a lot of biblical plots, brothers fighting each other, Moses opening the sea, and Mary's name always reminds me of the Virgin Mary. The last naked male protagonist is going to suffer. He will be resurrected at Easter!
From the plot to the end, the relationship between the characters has been revealed, only the old witch is still a mysterious woman. If there is a sequel, you can continue to dig holes (it seems that there is no follow-up). Why didn't she die in the plane crash, what is the problem of needing blood transfusion, why did she build a bunker to play, how many husbands did she have? Immature brain hole, this is definitely related to God.
